    Ordered 9 items on Dec. 1st, 2024 and a label was created Dec. 9th. It is now Dec. 13th and the package has had zero movement. When I asked little Sleepies about this they said the package has been handed over to the carrier, but when I talked to **** they said the package has never been picked up. These items were 30% and if lost they will not honor 30% off 9 other items, they will just refund you. They have ignored several emails because they know that theyre the problem. This hasnt just happened to me, its happened to several others with this Black Friday sale and at this point they need to find my package and have it delivered before Christmas or refund my money so I can spend it at a company that deserves it. **************** used to be top notch and now it is terrible. 4 years of buying little Sleepies for them treat their customers like crud.

    Doctors said my niece was preemie. Yesterday ordered preemie clothes. Early today I learned the baby came out regular weight. I attempted to change the order. There is absolutely no customer service. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. They said order takes 1-2 days. I emailed several times today requesting to change size to regular weight. I looked at their website and it was not yet shipped. I tried to cancel and return. Cannot be done. They are refusing to help. They are still going to ship and then I will have to send back and pay to return. This is absolutely ridiculous. I spent close to $200.00. I need presents for my trip to see the baby October 3, 2024 and I will have nothing. I will have to order from someone else and see if it comes on time. This was something which could have easily been corrected. Are these people scammers? I just saw review their clothes catch on fire? There are many emails. I am attaching one. Either change order and make sure gets here by October 2, 2024 or refund.

    We are so sorry that we were not able to make the adjustment to your order as you requested. As is noted on your site and in our FAQs we are not always able to make adjustments to orders once placed. Our warehouse works very hard to ship orders out quickly and efficiently. For this reason they only allow us a 2 hour remorse period to edit orders when they are placed. Once an order is outside of that remorse period we unable to make any further adjustments. We are always happy to assist with returns or work with customers to try to help in anyway we can.

    I ordered 4 little sleepiest pajamas for my grandkids. When I placed the order I put in my address ********************************************** for my order to go to. Not knowing that they still had my old address on file *************************************************. ************************ I placed the order and a few minutes later I get confirmation that the order was placed and will be shipped to a place I no longer live at. I tried calling their business number right away but they dont do customer service via telephone. I had to email them instead. I emailed them ten minutes after my order was placed and by the time they got back to me the next day, they tell me its too late and I have to wait for a tracking number and go and request that my delivery address be changed. I have tried several times to do this online at *** only to be told that the only one who can change the delivery address is the shipper. I have let Little Sleepies know this fact in three separate emails and they have not responded. My $146 dollars of merchandise is going to an address I havent lived at since December of 2023. I have asked them to cancel my order, reroute my order, reship my order, and they refuse. I just want what I have ordered. If they had a better way for customers to get a hold of them instead email, this whole process would have been a little bit easier, maybe.

    I ordered from Little Sleepers warehouse sale and I got an order confirmation. When I go to track my package it doesn't show I have any outstanding orders on the website. I looked up the tracking company online and it says it could be fraud. I have tried emailing but no response.

    I placed 2 separate orders during one of the companies limited edition drops - the items I ordered quickly sold out after the orders were placed. Both items were seemingly placed and shipped in the same package. Being that **** is what it is it lost or misdelievered my package. After numerous emails and the company made me wait almost 2 weeks to see if the package would miraculously appear - they told they could not give me a refund and would sent me a replacement order if I confirmed the address. This seems like a disingenuous offer being that the items ordered are sold out. Ive been a loyal customer and am very disappointed to be treated the way I have been.

    I placed an order with little sleepies 03/05/2024 and contacted them 03/07/2024 that the address I had sent the package to is wrong. They advised they cannot re route the items nor refund and cancel the order.I would like to cancel the order and to get a refund. I have my PayPal account linked to make payments towards the total of $158.59. I do not want to continue payments.

    I tried to purchase three items today during a merchandise drop. Two of the items became out of stock while I was waiting and the third did not. Instead of sending me to a payment screen where I could pick my payment option and submit the order it just automatically redirected me to a confirmation screen saying that my order had been placed. They charged my card on file even though I did not want to use my card on file I had a gift card that I used wanted to use and they also removed the discount code before charging me, charging me full price instead of the discounted price I was supposed to receive and again placing it on the wrong payment method because it did not give me an option it just automatically sent it in without my approval

    I purchased 5 items from the business and I followed the wash instructions as listed. After one wash all the items were damaged. Fading fabric and pealing. Clearly the fabric has a quality issues because I see others have **mplained in their website for the same issue. I ** texted the **mpany and they gave me a **mputer generated **py and paste response. I would like a credit or some sort since we only wore them once.

    Ordered from Little Sleepies on November 21st. Received an email on 11/26 that the order had shipped. It is now December 7th and the tracking information states that only a label has been created but the package is not available for pick up. Little sleepies will not answer emails or phone calls and correspondence on social media is blocked.

    I had an unauthorized purchase on my account and as soon as I saw the email of a purchase I summited a cancellation email to little sleepies, they replied by saying it can not be canceled as its in fulfillment stage. Well its been 2 going on 3 days now and no shipment details have been updated as Im going to be returning whatever items are being shipped to me. Still frustrating cuz I have over $100 taken out of my account for an order not placed by me but on my account.
