On 2023/10/12 I received a notification that my little sleepies order has been shipped ($190.76 order, $13 of which is duties.) My tracking number through DHL is F700955270561242. My first update on October 12th, 2023 was that a label was created. On October 13th, **************************************** en route to DHL e-commerce processing centre (no eta for my package.) Today is October 24th, 2023 and I have received no further updates on my DHL order from little sleepies. Now DHL told me they didnt even receive the package and then little sleepies says they confirmed three times that it has. I feel like the monkey in the middle with these back and forth issues about where my package is and who is in the wrong. I have no doubt in my mind that little sleepies didnt even ship my package. I purchased a package through Lovevery (kids toy company) with updates about my package being processed at a DHL facility, has left the processing facility, and includes an eta which little sleepies DHL does not include. Therefore I dont think they even shipped my package. I am in a little sleepies ********** ************** with atleast *********************************************** ******. Lots of people from ****** will be coming forward with there experience and writing to the BBB due too them not shipping out there orders we are finally taking a stand to the games little sleepies pull with us. I feel like they prioritize there *** buyers and dont care about there ******** buyers. If you dont want to ship out your clothes to ********* then why are you letting us buy them? They did refund my whole order but I do not feel satisfied as I really wanted my order but Im worried they will pull the same games again. I would like to replace my order online again and have my order prioritized before any other orders that need to be packed and have prioritized DHL shipping free of charge since I should of had my package by now. We are so sorry that DHL has been experiencing processing errors with some international orders. **** assured our shipping manager is working closely with the carrier to get to the bottom of these processing errors. Our team has double-checked and can confirm this package was scanned over to the carrier on the day of label creation and were placed in the care of DHL. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our warehouse we have very little control of how and when it is processed. We will continue to work with the carrier to provide as seamless a shipping experience as possible. This message is very condescending all you do is provide the same copy and paste responses not even relating to the issue. *** told me you guys didnt send the package and I believe them as I placed an order from a different company in the states that reached the *** warehouse the next day and was processed. Why dont you guys email them ask for their response and post it I 100% guarantee they will ask you why you didnt send it out of the warehouse. Why are you not shipping out packages? If there is a supply shortage then you need to make note of what you have and stop orders on the website when you run out. There will be a lot more complaints coming from ******. This is a terrible way to run a business and Im surprised you even are still in business. I placed an order again to see if you ship it out or make the same excuse. I guess we will see.

I ordered a sleepie on sept 12th, it shipped 3 days later. After a week of no movement, I reached out to little sleepies to learn the shipping company they used had lost it. They issued a replacement and I had to wait a few days for it to ship. It shipped October 1st and has shown no progress so I believe this package has also been lost. I reached out to little sleepies multiple times and have not received a response.Business Response

They did finally respond to my emails after a week of me attempting to get a response and having to send numerous emails. I only got a response once I alerted them I contacted bbb. I placed 2 orders on the same day and received both in one package. I need to return 2 items- 1 from each order, but the website is forcing me to purchase a return label for both instead of returning them in one package. I have emailed their customer support- 48 hours later, there has been no response. I have also left a voice mail with their customer service number with no response. It would be nice if there was an actual customer support department! This was my first order from Little Sleepies and definitely my last. This is unacceptable service!Business Response

On 01 August 23, I placed an order with this business. I proceeded to attempt to cancel less than 12 hours later. I had realized I bought the wrong items and was going to reorder once the other order was canceled. I thought this was fine because the order had not shipped. **************** then emailed me back and stated they could not process the refund because the phase it was in was too late. I emailed them, and stated I thought this was unfair because now I will be charged 7.50$ to ship back if I want my money back instead of exchanging since the order had not shipped I would like it to be canceled. Cause at this point the item I wanted could be sold out so I do not want store credit. Within minutes of emailing, the packages shipped and the customer service emailed me within 1 minute of both orders shipping and stated sorry they couldnt do anything since they had already shipped the package. The business is trying to scam people out of money and will not let them cancel. They later will claim to ship your item immediately. It is noted on our site here **************************************************************************************************************************************** and is in our auto reply and in the communication when a cancelation request is made that our although we always strive to do our utmost to help, we are not able to accommodate cancelation requests at any time, once an order is placed it begins processing directly with our warehouse. Our team did attempt to assist in a cancelation but shipping manager indicated that the package was already in the final stages of shipping and would be unable to be stopped.
If the customer would prefer not to use our designated returns portal on our site, they are welcome to reject the package upon delivery and have the *********************** the package as return to sender, once it arrives back at our warehouse and has been processed we would happily refund the order and the processing fee would be waived in this instance.Initial Complaint

I ordered a large adult blanket from them in early spring. I live in east coast so when it arrive i put it in the blanket ladder. Today finally weather was warm. So i was gonna use it. Upon using it. I seen big size ***** pilling on the middle and corner of the blanket. You see i would have understand if this blanket had been wash and wash wear had done this but it hasnt been wash just displayed. Emailed little sleepies and sent a picture Recieve a response that clearly is general email generated because. They said to use a fabric ****** and this has been wash wear. But how when it hasnt been wash? Provided care procedure in washing, but i didnt need that as i havent wash it. Very very disapointed. I was an avid fan. Thank you for providing this information! Light pilling is always a possibility with delicate fabrics, such as bamboo viscose. Pilling is a normal occurrence when fabric is exposed to friction and will eventually go away with using and washing. My granddaughter got Hand **************** recommended these onesies to breathe and coverage of hands and feet. Sunday 5/21/23 I ordered and paid $28 to ship overnight otherwise s/h would have been free. When I didnt get product I reached out 5/22/23 several times by phone and email. On 5/23 the product was shipped saying arrival by 8pm 5/24/23. Four days to overnight ship. I asked for a refund and was denied. Order number LS-******** All I want is my overnight fee of $28 refunded. This is wrong. They refuse and say its overnight after they get it out of their warehouse.Business Response

We try to be as transparent as possible on our site and at checkout that all shipping upgrades are still subject to our normal processing times out of our warehouse which is usually about 1-2 business days depending on our order volume. The Overnight shipping upgrade is through ***** and the fee is paid directly to them for the cost of the upgraded shipping. Although their typical timeframe for shipment is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) once it's in the mail, it can sometimes be extended due to circumstances beyond their control. It looks like this order was placed on 5/21 on a Sunday when our warehouse is closed it was processed and shipped shipped on 5/23 and is set to arrive on 5/24, which is still within the normal expected timeframes as listed on our site. As a courtesy we have issued a refund for the overnight shipping fee.Customer Answer

1/31/23 I ordered a purple tie dye sleepie pair of pajamas for my daughter. The price of the little sleepies are $34.00. Upon arrival 02/11/23 I washed the sleepie following all of the recommended cleaning guidelines and the material immediately began piling. I was upset and reached out to the company for an exchange or refund since the product immediately began piling. I also own 3 other sleepies from here and no other styles did this. Little sleepies is committed to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, theyre committed to standing behind their clothing line and supporting customers. However, little sleepies did the opposite. They would not allow a refund or an exchange. They told me to just use a razor to remove the piling. When I decided to leave an honest review of my experiences on Instagram and ********* The company little sleepies immediately removed the comment and blocked me from their account.Business Response

We appreciate the customer's feedback and we have looked into her concerns. Upon reviewing the pictures and the account provided by the customer it was determined that the light pilling that the customer experienced was due to normal wash and wear. Light pilling is always a possibility with delicate fabrics, such as bamboo viscose, and occurs when the material is exposed to friction through normal wash and wear. We did provide the suggestion that a fabric shavers can be really helpful in removing any existing pilling. We also provided further care tips to help limit further instances of pilling in the future.
Pilling is something that can happen with all types of fabrics and it is not considered a fault with the product, as it does not affect the longevity or wearability of the item. While we are happy to stand behind our jams for an manufacturing related issued for items that fall within our warranty period, we are unable to provide replacements or exchanges for items that have been in use and have care-related issues.
Additionally, it is noted as part of being a member of our social media groups that any care-related or manufacturing issues should be addressed directly with our customer support team as open forums on social media are too large of a space for us to provide the appropriate level of care that we always want to be able to provide to our customers. Upon joining those groups members agree to adhere to the group rules and violation of those rules can result in being removed or blocked from the group. Ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson from them, I paid $80 and never received it. They are impossible to get a hold of, I have emailed and left messages and no one calls back and they take 4 or 5 days to respond to an email. The post office says the label on the package is incorrect and they can't deliver it to me. I have asked for a refund or a store credit and no one reply's to my response to yet another email. With the busy holiday season our customer support team was experiencing extremely high volume of inquiries, which was listed in all of our responses. The customer's issue was related to transit times in the mail and a processing issue with the carrier. We acted an intermediary between the customer and the carrier. When the carrier was not able to get the package delivered in time to meet the customer's deadline, we shipped her a replacement order as a courtesy. The customer ultimately, ended up receive both packages, but the item was not the right size and we assisted with a return on both of the orders. The customer was fully refunded for the order.
