    Greetings! My name is ***** ******. I gave this company a total of $2200 and never received the travel services that were contracted. I requested a refund and only received $500.00. I never had the opportunity to utilize the services that were offered in the contract. I'm requesting a full refund. This is definitely a scam. This online travel agency company needs to be stopped! The star rating is ZERO....

    This company is a scam! I attended one of their seminars on 3/15/25 & it was a joke. The presenter was all over the place, and they want you to spend over $10k for a membership. When I declined, the representative was angry, and I never received the free gifts I was promised. Theres no phone number to call about it on their website, you can only send a message online, but they never respond. I tried looking for a phone number online and found 3 different numbers, 2 were personal numbers for people and the third was for ********. Dont waste your time going to a seminar. After my experience I Googled reviews, which I shouldve done before going, and there are several complaints about not being able to cancel memberships or use the website after paying thousands of dollars.

    I have had this membership for years and I never use it because you find better prices everywhere!!! Even travelocity has better prices. When you call travel transparency to have them refund the difference, they refuse to pay. DON'T JOIN TRAVEL TRANSPARENCY!!! IT IS DEFINATELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

    Total rip off. They try to scam elderly customers. The prices are no where near what they show you in the presentation. Waste of time and money! You pay them more than what you can or will get out of the deal. Prices on their site more expensive than booking.com and of it is cheaper only by $5 NONE of the prices they show you in the presentation are real!

    This company should be prosecuted for false information, not providing what is promised, and cheating people out of a lot of money. ******************* ( four three five, 6 four zero, 8877), specifically made promises for refund if not completely happy with services. Initially was promised a five star hotel weeklong stay for signing up, and when I was within of 90 days of trip, I was offered a three star hotel. This, according to *******, was their LOW END of hotels in their network. Again, not what I signed up for. Additionally, their vulture renewal team is horrible and tries to strong arm people to pay, when dues are not even due. This company should be ashamed and held accountable for false advertising, false word, horrible customer support and service.

    Travel Transparency is a great and outstanding worldwide wholesale travel agency.I attended one of their presentation in *******************, ** and the sales team was great. They welcomed me with nice greetings, refreshments and answered all my questions. They listen and had a lot of patience with me. ******, the presenter, was great and very helpful. *****, the sales representative assigned to me was wonderful and explained all the options available to me for purchasing the one of their packages. Presentation was short, concise and to the point. There was a short introduction of the sales team and the company. The video presentation was very informative, provided information on their website which was easy to navigate and their very affordable pricing (lowest prices on the market: up to 70% less than all public travel sites).Being a member of Travel transparency allows you access to luxury villas, cruises, timeshare resorts and hotels and priority access to local VIP events. They have a personal concierge team and a **** club. I recommend for individuals who travel frequently to try one of their packages as it gives you a lot for your money, flexibility and assurance for future travels.

    Came to the presentation and ****** was amazing. NO PRESSURE to buy but the deals are AMAZING!! Totally worth it if you're into traveling (which you should be!!!)

    Scam people, wasted my day and never delivered the promised incentives such as complimentary air fare and $300 dining certificate. No way to reach them or collect the prises. Dont fall for their scam!
