      We lived here for 6 yearsalways paid rent on time, kept to ourselves, and treated the property with care. But ever since the new management took over, things have gone downhill quickly.Crime in the area has increased, and management has done nothing to protect residents. On 09/24, our car tires were stolen on the property, along with two other cars. We later learned this had happened three times before, but management never notified anyone. No warning, no updatesjust silence.We only spoke up when it truly mattered, but now it feels like were being retaliated against. Multiple maintenance staff told us we wouldnt be charged for carpet replacement because we had lived here for over 5 yearsbut we were still charged after moving out. It felt unfair and personal.Were heartbroken to leave a home we once loved, but we no longer feel safe or respected. Please think twice before moving in.

      This ******************** To Work For I Was Hired By ***** ***** at there ************* Fl location to do a junk removal I give her the quote for everything Including 7Hrs Of Labor cost, Packing ******************* Fees Totaling $1546.00 ***** wrote a one start reviews of my company on ************************ saying I charge her $1546 For 3Hrs of work Lies.After my service was completed ***** told me Ill be paid in 5-7 business days the check is coming from her head office in ********** In The Mail I waited for almost most One ********* have not seen the check come in my mail ***** keep telling me the check is on the way I contacted the head office in ********** myself & speak to a miss ***** there I find out that ***** never submitted my paperwork to get paid after completing all the requirements I contacted ***** again there her response to me had she know I was BLACK her company would not of hired me to do the service after..she turn around & block me & place a one start review of my company I have pictures to show what ***** sent me the before pictures on how the apartment look after evicting her ********** have after photos of my work showing unit empty & Clean also photo of are communication ***** make this place looks bad apartment was full of mold before we get there DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN ************* ** ***** IS VERY RACIST SHE RACIAL PROFILE ***************** ME

      I've been a tenant at apartment 09, building ******************************************************************************************* since 2019. Since day one, I've faced persistent leakage issues throughout the unit:Bathroom: Continuous leaks from pipes and fittings have caused water damage to floors and walls.Laundry Area: Roof leaks have led to potential mold growth.Bedroom: Water ingress has damaged personal belongings.Despite multiple complaints to the management, the maintenance team only provides temporary patchwork that doesn't address the real root cause issues. This has worsened the living conditions over time. Additionally, I've noticed they continue to increase unit prices, even though the units are not worth the high rent they are charging.As my lease ends on August 20th, 2024, I've decided to vacate.The lack of adequate maintenance support and unjustified rent increases have been disappointing. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise caution to potential renters considering BelaSera ************.

      In violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. 45b), IMT Residential or **************** in *********, ******** utilizes a clause in one of their release agreements regarding concessions to tenants that prohibits tenants from negative oral or written reviews about the business. For example, if a tenant was given a concession for any reason, they would have to sign this agreement in order to receive the concession and would be forced to pay back the concession if a negative review was posted online regarding the business. I signed this release agreement on December 7th in order to receive $125 concession since our heat was non functioning for close to two months. After ending tenancy, I left a review about my experience on Google.com and was subsequently emailed by IMT staff that my review was in violation of this agreement and that further action would be taken against me.Original edited for length:Pet fee: $350 Pet rent: $25 per month per pet Credit reporting: $5 per month Parcel locker: $5 per month Parcel late pick up fee: $12 per day after 3 days Trash charge: $4 a month Trash valet fee: $25 a month The elevators constantly had dog urine or other liquids spilled. The hallways smelled bad because the valet trash service wouldnt pick up your trash if it was considered too heavy. There were police cars parked out front multiple times a week. The bike rack in the parking garage is not secure and has no camera pointed to it, I found this out after my $2,000 bicycle got stolen with no recourse from management. Our heat stopped functioning in the middle of winter and we were given a couple space heaters while it took them almost two months to get it repaired. Asked for a concession which they reluctantly provided given we wouldnt write a bad review.Heres the best part. We got hit with almost $1000 in charges on move out because I hadnt patched the small nail holes with paint around the apartment adequately and for a 2 inch urine *****

      ******** leasing staff does not care about your safety or well being as a tenant, i had to go file a nuisance police report because of some ghetto kids knocking and ringing my door bell and leaving an they did not do anything about it. now i feel unsafe and targeted living here

      Although they have an adequite maintenence team, the office does not seem concerned with keeping previous tenants. For my purposes, there is an ongoing noise issue and the complex is more concerned with aquiring new tenants rather than keep old tenants. Will update review upon entering the end of my lease

      I moved into unit 11810-5305 on Dec. 23rd 2020, ********************** didnt disclose anything to me and ended up steering me to a down unit or a ADA ***** I was watched by her and her team. Then after asking why my rent changed every month. She began to retaliate. By stealing items from my unit and calling other residents and my employer to harass and retaliate as well. 90% of my clothing got missing along with 9k in cash. Per ** Landlord Tenant laws.************************************************************************************** I am (6) of the (7) protected classes. I lost (3) embryos in invitro during all of the harassment.***********************************************

      I have lived here for over a year, and it has been a fight every day but no one else around me has this problem (only black person in the building and the building one across from me) from day one when I got into my apartment there was no hot water for a week in the shower ( i work outside) so for a week after giving them ****, I had to call five times and yell just to get someone to help me (*** only good person up there), dishwasher didn't work took them a week to change that, out a unit I waited a month for, and there is no ice maker they just lied on having that. not only that they called me the first day and asked for an extra 100 dollars because of some paperwork error no hot water in my shower and dishwasher is broken and OMG roaches in this place they all over the place, so I paid **** for a no hot water, roached infested, no dishwasher unit but I let it all go because I was late a lot for the first couple on months and they always help me out giving me a few extra days but I always had to pay the late fees so are they helping me 6 months go by and we have the ac and toilet situation with the maintenance team, the A/C is leaking in the bathroom I call input in the work order, it takes weeks to fix the ac leak, and water starts to leak badly I have pot and buckets all in the bathroom at least three, it messed up the bathroom cabinet so bad, because of all the water damage and wet wood (MOLD) and till this day no one has fixed this, on top of that I had to walk to the corner store for two weeks at one point because they wouldn't replace my toilet, I'm calling every day telling them the toilet is broken and it took me going to the front office and yelling and threatening to call corporate and the BBB for someone to help me no working toilet in my unit for weeks and no one cared but I should have left right then and there, because it was bad but couldn't break the lease
