7/2 Thank you for reaching our regarding the third party vendor offer that you are being charged for. It was offered when you placed your order for Grown American and you would have had to agree to their trial offer. Since the charges are not coming from Grown American so you will need to contact the number next to the charge on your statement to have the membership cancelled. You may also reach out to your card provider asking for assistance with getting the membership cancelled. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you-Initial Complaint

I ordered product online on the 25th of November and have not received my order yet.Business response

Both placed online on 11/25 and both shipped on 12/2. One order has post office tracking number ******************** (Perfect Omega,Citratrim and strawberry bars) and FedEx Smartpost shows it was delivered on 12/14. The other order has this tracking number ******************** (1 month bag and strawberry bars) and FedEx Smartpost shows it was delivered on 12/15. If you have management or a parcel center at your park, please be sure to check there. Also, check if the boxes were put away with any other boxes received for the holidays. If you find that you still do not have the order(s), please be sure to let us know which order you did not receive and we will be happy to reship it. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. I placed an order for what appeared to be a discounted sample of a dried food and it turned out to be a subscription for recurring purchases. My daughter helped me issue a request to cancel the subscription in August when I realized this was being sent regularly. Nevertheless, I received another shipment. The recurring charge is $169.75 and when I try calling the customer service number the number goes dead. This last shipment was sent with an Arbitration Agreement which leads me to believe that this is a known and intentional scam and relies on customers being unable to reach the customer service department to be able to cancel the ongoing subscription. I have also sent an email to ******************************************* but with no response. PLEASE help me extricate myself from this fraudulent mess.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ Thank you for sharing your experience. Our records show that the issue was resolved on Oct. 9th when we received another call from *********. The agent in August did not cancel the program in error which is why she received another order. The program was cancelled on 10/9 when she called and was refunded in full. She was also emailed a ***** return label and the product was received by us on 10/22. No future shipments or charges have occurred since 10/9. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you-
