Lossa Engineering charged my credit card for nearly $700, and has not delivered the product and will not respond to questions about the status of the goods that I ordered.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/02) */ As I kept telling the customer, the part was out at the coaters. It is an outside company and the shipping time is a lot longer than a non coated ones due to we only coat them when ordered that way. They have been way behind do to loosing employees due to covid, again, all out of my control. I myself was sick for these last few weeks and then was on vacation, hence not answering the phone or emails much. SORRY. Customer threatened to report me (which he did here), sue me and then threatened to ruin me on the internet social media if I did not respond by May 2nd, today. well, I responded right away since I am back at the office. I guess he lied, please see email attachment. I guess this customer doesn't realize what is going on in our world the last two years, parts are just not available and shipping times are very long and all cost have risen due to this. Millions of people have died too!! Anyways, as soon as I got his threatening email, I fully refunded him. CASE CLOSED! Sorry for the delay, but it was due to the company I use to finish those parts only. I am not in business to steal your money! I am only a small business with me and my son working here. But we are an honest business. Again, sorry for the delay and being sick and not available. If Lossa Engineering had responded to my previous requests for information on the status of my order, this entire incident would not exist. The company has refunded me for the full amount of the purchase. I very much appreciate that. I wish Lossa Engineering well.
