      Ordered headliner part#AFTH58-FB2005 Buyer beware, If you are expecting exceptional results with fit and finish stay from these headliners. They do not fit as described and in my case bought the headliner for a customer partially installed realized that customer may have concerns, and they did and I don't blame them for not accepting the job. Now I'm out the labor, part and shipping as they need a photo of part installed showing my concerns well I don't have photos so it looks like I'm out $$535 + $288 Labor!! Here is their description of the part I ordered....( "is a cost effective way to dramatically improve the overall look of your vehicle's interior. This headliner is a reproduction of your vehicle's OEM headliner utilizing factory attachment points, fit and finish".) Not true. my loss. Lost customer for sure.

      Purchased a vinyl matt for my 85 Suburban 2wd auto. Attempted to install it and it does not fit correctly. Contacted the company and they stated that it was not a factory color and so it could not be exchanged. I sent pictures to them showing how terrible of fit it was. I am told that I am stuck with it. $300 out the window. Not pleased

      We are sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your product. As mentioned, you chose a non-original material and color, so unfortunately, the manufacturer will not accept a return. The photos that you provided, confirm that the product is molded to fit the floor pan of your vehicle. However, all cuts, holes and trimming are left up to the installer to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. The way you have the vinyl mat positioned in your photos, you don't have it placed properly in the vehicle which is why you're experiencing fitment issues. Our manufacturer recommends that you seek out a professional installer to help with your vinyl install. If you need further assistance, please call us at 855-622-8862.

      Ordered a carpet last Tuesday. It’s Monday. I emailed them Wednesday because of a mishap with the order and they told me it couldn’t be addressed since it was custom and was shipping Thursday. The lady I talked to wasn’t very friendly and called me basically just to tell me I was stuck with the product. Still no shipping confirmation so I’m unsure what the big deal was and why it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve heard better things about ACC’s carpets.

      I'm sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with ACC's cancelation policy. According to our records, you contacted us on 6/20 to cancel your order because you ordered the wrong item in error. Unfortunately, the color and material that you chose is considered "custom and non-returnable" with our manufacturer (ACC). This information can be found on our website at the time of order, as well as your order confirmation. At the time you called to cancel, the manufacturer already started production; and your order shipped in full the following day.

      Very disappointed at what I received for my Jeep Cherokee. Had done business before in 2021 and was very pleased with what I received for my Lexus LX470. BUT the upgraded Essex carpet is no longer what it used to be. Was told the factory changed materials or suppliers since last time. My old oem jeep cut pile was a better product. It’s a shame.

      We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your carpet kit. As discussed during our phone conversation, the carpet kit you ordered for your Jeep Cherokee was purchased without our "mass backing" which will make the carpet less thick and plush. The Essex material is still the same type of material, with the same ounces of yarn per square yard; however, the manufacturer has two different suppliers. If you're looking for the same type of quality that you purchased in 2021, you would need to add "mass backing" to the carpet kit. If you need any further assistance, please call us at ************.

      I order from this company or May 2 and it's now June 4 and I still haven't received my order. I pay $89 for shipping. This will be my first and last time ordering from here. Lesson learn.

      Adding my review to the list of disappointment customers who purchased from OC carpet. I purchased carpet for 09 F350 super cab I was sent a completely flat piece of carpet. Spoke to A**** who gave me nothing but excuses . I am now disputing my charge with my credit card . I should have read the reviews. My experience with them was horrible.

      I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your carpet kit. Just to make sure we're on the same page about what our carpet kits are supposed to look like, allow me to provide some insight as to the differences between OEM and aftermarket carpet kits. OEM carpet kits are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. Aftermarket carpets, like what we sell, are molded to fit the floor pan of the vehicle, but all cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer in order to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. In addition, some details might differ from the original carpet, like the vinyl heel pad or backing. Our manufacturer, Auto Custom Carpets, is the leading manufacturer in the industry here in the United States and they have the highest quality standards in the industry. They have been in the business for over 45 years and get as close to the OEM specifications as possible. We have repeat buyers from auto upholsterers, restoration shops and end users who purchase and install our carpet kits everyday and are very happy with the finished product. Per our phone conversation and previous email communication, the manufacturer provided you with installation advice if you would like to attempt installation. If you do not chose to install the carpet kit, you can return your product under our normal return policy.

      covered headliner for a 1982 camaro t-top made out of some kind of plastic. folded in half in the box it was. piece of shit i had to through it away. company said it would form to the correct shape in time.

      This company is terrible. The quality of the carpets we received is subpar. We ordered carpets for my jeep wrangler and went on the website and use the drop-down boxes to choose carpet for my 1997 jeep Wrangler when we received the carpet, they fit everywhere except around the parking brake when we called the company they said it was our fault that we should’ve ordered a short console carpet and we ordered a long console carpet. We had no way of knowing this there was no description on the website. The customer service representative I spoke to today said that we should’ve called the company to inquire before we ordered as to which carpet we needed. I order online for the convenience of ordering online. I never call to confirm something that says it will fit my jeep don’t do business with this company. They are terrible. We wanted to return the jeeps which are very poor quality and they told us that we would have to pay shipping and a 30% restock fee and told me that it was a custom fit carpet console and short console are not custom fit products. I am guessing they pull a product off the shelf already packaged in the box and then try to screw over the customers by charging a 30% stocking fee.

      We are sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied. We offer two different carpet kits for your vehicle, either the "short console" or the "long console". The short console is for vehicles that have the E brake separate from the console. The long console is for vehicles that have the E brake thru the side of the console, and a sealed storage compartment. This information is found on our website at the time of ordering under the product details. Our manufacturer will accept a return; however, since all products are made to order they do impose a 30% restocking fee. In the interest of customer service, OC Auto Carpets will absorb 10% of the restocking fee, making your responsibility 20%, if you would like to return the product.       I ordered a headliner for my 1994 Pontiac firebird formula and I bought it uncovered and was okay with that and thought it was going to be gray. But when it came in it was a dark gray or black and I have a gray interior so it'll look horrible. So I wanted to return it but I have to pay for $134.30 shipping plus their 30% restock free which the headliner was $204.00 and then tax was $12.24 and plus the shipping which I'm from Michigan so its quite the distance and the total comes out to $350.54 which 30% of that is $105.16. So at this point I'm not gonna return it and demand a refund instead, but all I can say is that it was false advertisement mainly color wise the product itself doesn't look bad and its not broken or anything but the color is wrong and just because its the wrong color I would be losing $105.16. Which the one that is correct comes out to around $375 dollars plus shipping so that's about $900 or more just for a headliner. So pretty much the only good was the costumer service I emailed them and a guy named beau has been trying to help me. He has been very nice and has explained it well for me so he did a good job and the product looks good like I said just wrong color and not worth shipping it back. So if you get from this company make double sure its the right thing and right color. Hopefully this helps someone and I hope the pricing is worked on is all I have to say.
