            I placed an order with this company for some Potassium Iodide tablets. The company informed me that they might ship a week late. It has now been 3 months and they refuse to answer any questions about the order. Within that time I have purchased a new home and I asked to update my shipping address if they ever were to package the order. I still have not received a single response to either the status of the order or my updated shipping address.

            Ordered Iosat pills 3/9/22 and told they are in stock and shipping in 2-3 weeks. They charged me on 3/9. 80 days later, no update since April, no communication on ETA since then, and still nothing shipped. My order on their website still says shipping at the end of March. They are still advertising the pills when they know they do not have them and cannot readily get them. They take orders and charge customers hoping they can get the stock in the future sometime. Dishonest company. Terrible customer service. Stay away. Total scam. Don't advertise and sell what you don't have. I'd give zero stars but they won't let me.
