    Beware of Pioneer Security - Deceptive Contracts and Aggressive Tactics I strongly advise against doing business with Pioneer Security or Mr. ****** *******. My experience with this company over nearly 5 years has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Unclear Contract Terms: I was not informed that I was signing a 5-year contract when I agreed to their services. I was told that the installation cost was $295, and the monthly fee would be $55, but there was no transparency about being locked into a long-term commitment. Outdated Equipment: The security system they installed is archaic and not up to modern standards. For the price, I expected much better. Charging for Services I Did Not Receive: I moved out of my business location in July 2024 and informed Pioneer Security, yet they continue to charge me for services Im no longer receiving. Despite this, Mr. ******* insists on holding me to the contract. Hostile Behavior: When I expressed my dissatisfaction and left a negative review, Mr. ******* showed up unannounced at my office, harassing me and my staff, and threatening to remove equipment. This escalated to the point where I had to call the sheriff for protection. Legal Intimidation: After writing an honest review of my experience, I was threatened with legal action by their attorney unless I removed the review. This is not how a reputable business should handle customer feedback.If you are considering a security service, I urge you to look elsewhere. The equipment is outdated, the contracts are misleading, and the companys aggressive, bullying tactics are something no one should have to deal with.

    This is the second complaint from the same customer. The first complaint was. two years ago. The customer signed a 5 year service agreement, which isnt unusual for commercial alarm agreements. What is unusual is a business owner making a fuss because she either didnt read the agreement and is angry at us for entering into this type of agreement.. When the client called in to cancel her service 24 months into a 60 month agreement, she was informed she would be billed for the balance of agreement.. At that point she became highly abusive to our office manager. She was so abusive,, I didnt want to subject any other team members to her abusive behavior.. So, I drove down to her tiny store with 3 different solutions to her problem. She never heard any of those solutions but chose to call the sheriff. instead. Ultimately, we took her to small claims court where the judge ordered her to make the payments until end of the agreement. That was two years ago. Apparently she moved out in July but notified us in late September. We had to contact the property manager to recover the equipment. Her complaints about poor equipment etc. are unfounded. First for two years we never got a complaint.. The equipment was manufactured by ********* which was the largest manufacturer of alarm equipment in the world. When I sign an agreement I honor 100% of it. Its sad that the owner of Clutch Modern cant honor agreements she enters into. ************ is a small town and she has a reputation for being difficult . For the record, we go to small claims court twice in the last 5 years.
