in February 2024 I put a moped on layaway with this dealership, it was online. In April I paid it and it was shipped to my home. right away it wasn't working, it would start but not stay running. I contacted the dealership and they said the manufacturer was the ones I had to go thru for a return, tho on thier website it states that I can return hassle free up to 5 months or 500 miles. it feels like a scam. the dealership portrayed that I would be having the warranty with them yet they have done absolutely nothing but pass me off to a manufacturer in ***** who sense has also done nothing. I finally had a mechanic diagnose it today and they said that the wire that connects the fuel had a bolt thru it and that was when it was assembled this occurred. He also said the carburetor was dirty and that it needed a tune up, mind you that's exactly what the manufacturer said yet this is supposed to be a new engine. I've been getting the run around from this dealership and thier manufacturer. I requested a refund and they have not even attempted to do that tho it states that they do on thier website. also in the reviews there's the same type of complaint about defective merchandise and getting a run around from dealership. they really need to be put out of businessInitial Complaint

Around April 24 2024 I put $200 on an *** for my son on layaway on the website powersportsmax.com which is owned by maxpro llc. I then called them for days before I could get through to anyone but the only way to pay on a layaway item. I finally got through to someone on may 1 2024. I told them I wanted to put $75 on the *** and the girl said something I could understand because her words were heavily slurred. I then waited for SIX MINUTES before I asked if everything was ok and she responded by yelling at me and saying she was trying to figure out the numbers. It was obvious to me that she had fallen asleep or was otherwise unresponsive due to her being impaired in some way. After having such a hard time reaching anyone and this experience I knew it would be a mistake to give them any more money so I asked to just cancel my order. She told me I had to email to cancel and I asked for her name but she refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I then emailed the company to cancel my order but the only response I got was them asking me to keep my order for $15 off. I refused and told them I want my money back and the company has now completely stopped responding. The last email I got was a response to me saying no I dont was a $15 discount that I just want my money back and they said another department was going to handle it. This is extremely disturbing behavior from a business.Initial Complaint

In Dec 2023, we purchased a R1427 X-PRO Ranger 125cc Jeep Go Kart with 3-Speed Semi-Automatic Transmission w/Reverse, LED Headlights, With Windshield and Spare Tire, Big 18" Aluminium Rim Wheels.Muffler mounts have snapped, engine bolts snapped and missing parts from the onset. This is a complaint against Maxpro LLC regarding a defective product I purchased on June 28, 2023, Order #***-6063995-4069040, through Amazon.com. The product in question is an X-PRO 200cc Sports *** with LED Headlights, Automatic Transmission with Reverse, and Big 23"/22" Tires, which I bought for a total of $1,998.95.Shortly after purchase, the *** ceased functioning properly. Despite replacing the carburetor as advised by XPROUSA, the vehicle remained inoperable. My attempts to address this issue with the seller were met with inadequate support and refusal to accept a return of the product.XPROUSA failed to provide clear information regarding the legality and use of the ***. Initial communications suggested paperwork would be provided for registration; however, it was later communicated that the *** was for off-road use only, contradicting earlier statements regarding its usability and registration process.My concerns extend beyond the operational issues of the ***. I believe XPROUSA's practices may not comply with established safety standards and regulations, specifically section 42 of the **** 15 U.S.C. 2089 (codified at 16 CFR part 1420), posing a significant risk to consumers, especially minors.Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues directly with XPROUSA, their responses have been dismissive and unhelpful. On April 2, 2024, I expressed my dissatisfaction and intent to pursue further action if a satisfactory resolution, including a full refund and product return, was not provided??.I request intervention from your esteemed organization to facilitate a resolution that includes a full refund and ensures that XPROUSA's practices are scrutinized for compliance with consumer protection laws and safety standards.Thank you for your attention to this matter. In July of 2023, I purchased, what was supposed to be, a 200cc scooter. I got financed through Affirm, now I'm still making payments on this dead horse. One night while riding home from work, I was taking off from the stop light, when all of a sudden my tires popped causing me to almost crash. I'm not sure what I hit, but it wasn't so bad that it would cause both tires to pop and crack both rims. I called them and asked for assistance because I can't find any parts and upon looking at the title, it says moped and it's a 168cc not a 200cc. Now the company is not helping because they said the warranty is out and they don't have the parts. I only put 80 miles on it. It's been sitting broke down since August of 2023. 1 month after I bought it. Basically I'm stuck paying on a dead horse. This is not right. I won't even be able to register it with the dmv.Initial Complaint

Purchased a dirt bike and helmet combo with arm and knee pads on 10/25/23. The helmet arrived on 10/29/2023 but no dirt bike, knee pads or elbow pads. Contacted *** and they said they have no other packages. I am requesting a refund and reporting this to BBB and my bank. I wish i would have looked at the reviews before buying because the only reviews for this company are negative. This company obviously needs to be shut down because they scam people out of money.Business response

Customer placed order on 10/23/23. The order included 1 dirt bike and 1 helmet. We sent the 2 items in 2 separate package.
We processed order and sent the dirt bike on 10/24/23 with *** Ground tracking# 1ZA524R64201089155. The shipment status from *** Ground shows the delivery date is Oct 31st. Customer will receive the product soon. The helmet was sent by *** Ground tracking# 1ZA524R60322627553, which was delivered on 10/28/23.
We always process the order in 1-2 business days and then we will update tracking# via email. We already sent all tracking information to customer via email. *** Ground need time to deliver the package.
We will provide service based on the policy.

I bought a motorcycle from them with a warranty. The bike is now not-drivabke as the muffler came apart. I emailed them asking for warranty and they only offered me $20. It would cost me over 500 to fix the problem. The then shipped something to a ********* address when I live in *****. I have been trying to get a phone number to talk with someone and they will not provide one. Attached is an email exchange, which they only respond to in the middle of the night which would lead me to believe they are in another country. hello, i purchased a motor scooter from i guess this company as this is who is contacting me regarding my purchase and supposed to be assisting me. i purchased my scooter a month ago and literally have had issues from the beginning. I immediately contacted the company and still have yet to be helped with any of my issues and they are quite literally ignoring every response and request i have sent to them. This item is not cheap it will be two prices $1600 if paid in 90 days and over $3000 if paid within normal lease term. however, i need something done as i have contacted and contacted this company as they havent even sent me a completed moter scooter! The headlight which is a main function in order for me to operate it has not even been given to me as they sent the wrong one originally! also there are numerous safety hazards via the scooter as they did not correctly put in some bolts that are supposed to have been installed in the factory. i have numerous emails i have sent again to no avail. i believe this company is literally a scam and just getting over on me for my money and again never even sent me the correct full item! i have provided partial pieces of connversations from them if more is needed i can provide as well! this company needs shut down!
