La peor compañía. Me vendió un sistema de cámaras de vigilancia defectuoso, sus técnicos me hicieron esperar demasiado tiempo para ayudarme con la intención de que venciera el período para reclamar la garantía en Amazon.com. Cuando me atendieron sus técnicos, fueron unos ineptos que no sabían solucionar el problema y alegaron que se trataba de un defecto de fabricante por lo que se comprometieron en reemplazar mi NVR, lo cual nunca cumplieron. No auspicien a empresas ladronas como esta que no respetan a sus clientes y después de la compra usted no es importante para ellos. John que me atendió es un irresponsable, el peor empleado que cualquier empresa pueda tener. GW Security vende equipos dañados y no responde, eso es robar.Review from Igor Z

This is been going on for way too long now. The $2000 dollars with installation system never work right, Half of the cameras don't work and other half that works doesn't work right. Customer support is DISGUSTING, after being on the phone with them for at least two hours you will get answers like, we can't, we don't, we don't support this, we don't know what happened and sometimes will hang up the phone on you. I personally think the customer support/ technicians don't have enough skills to fix their own product. IF YOU RESPECT YOUR SELF AND VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEN STAY AWAY FROM GW SECURITYReview from Lee F

This company customers service is the worst. The person that set the oppointment for you to be called back by Tech support is not so bad but the man/**** bag that call you is rude, short and barely want to talk to you. He is dismissive and cold. Cameras not bad but the tech support experience make you regret having the cameras.Review from Elvia C

Called to place an RMA on a battery that wasn't working. I was on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF!! The man who answered the phone was short and not very customer service oriented, never provided his name either. He would ask me a question, then put me on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time. When he finally answered he pretended NOT TO HEAR ME and HUNG UP!! Wasted and entire hour and a half of my life for me to get no resolution on my issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Use a different company that has better customer service and can actually help you should you need it.
