      They won't give me a working items or refund my money back. Very ************** talking to me out of my number because I'm a ******* They won't answer me to resolve the issue it's been since I bought the items I know they are waiting for 30 days to be up from my receipt.       Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/10) */ The customer came back with the item claiming that it's not working, out of courtesy of us we helped bring her turn tables in and we tested the speaker for her, which is working perfectly. and we also showed her how to connect it the right way for no extra charge of tech support. She called back 2 weeks later requesting a refund. obviously, our speaker is working perfectly, and she used it for the time she had it. we told her that we can give her refund but there is 25% restocking fee that is stated on our receipt. we deal frequently with customer who purchase the DJ equipment's to use for these events and then bring it back for refund. that's why our policy is clearly about the 25% restocking fee. The owner called me out of my name. Told me he owns a million dollar business and I can't do nothing to him. I feel scared I don't even want to go back or talked to them. My 16 year old son was a witness to how poor they treat me. I called them on the phone explain what was going on. The guy wouldn't help me over the phone. I with the help of my son took the turn tables in with no help from them. He connected the speaker to his tablet. Would not connect it to my system. After he told me it was my RCA not to working. He told me to buy new RCA with a ground . Which they didn't have. So I order two different kinds on Amazon. I received them on Friday night I had my step sons baby shower I tried to use the speaker it didn't work. I have proof of the purchases. I called them after they told me no because it was over 3 days. I explain that speaker has too much power for my turntables. I wanted to upgrade pay the difference. He told me no that they weren't going to give me ****. I asked to speak to the owner. He got on the phone calling me out of my name telling me he owns that ***** (the business) that had a million dollar business and I couldn't do nothing to him. I told him I just want a working speaker he was very nasty both him and ****. So I ask** for my money back then. So he told me to go to hell. I told him I'm trying to fix this issue and it's fraud they are going against their policy. I told I would call BBB so he put me on hold and never came back. I now don't trust them so I want my money back I tried to tell them since day one it wasn't for my turntable it has too much Bass. It makes my records sound not clear. It has a crackle and an echo. My personal dj friend told me I need a thrump or a Ev speaker. Those are more for a profesional sound and clear. I ask to upgrade since I couldn't even use that speaker the day of the babyshower. They didn't want to help me not even pay the difference for better speaker. I paid $450 and I can't even use this speaker. They were horrible with me. I don't trust them any more I tried once again to buy a different cable I have proof thru Amazon all the rca and hmi cables I have paid for because that's what they were blaming my cables. At this point I want to return their speaker like they sold it to me. I have the box etc and get my money back. I ll buy the correct speaker thru Amazon. We charge restocking fee of 25% on all open box merchandise. She has to bring the item back with her invoice to start the refund process. Hopefully this is clear enough. We treat all our customers very professionally; We also can't make every customer happy especially the ones with temper. She was variably abusive to my employees. And we can't tolerate such customers. Yet, I am not refusing her refund she is welcome to bring the item back. I feel very ************ I try to get a working speaker from them even if I would upgrade and Pay the difference. Its been a month going thru this headaches with them. I have been professional since day one. Him saying a had a temper is uncalled for. Since day one they didn't want to return my money. They lied to me said it was my cables. Which I bought different kinds. This speaker is not for my turn tables. They carry the correct one but they took advantage because I was a woman. I went took my turntables which they are very heavy with the help of my son. They never cared to help me. Blaming it was my cables making any excuse to get me out of the store. I waited for the cable. Honest to gods I couldn't even use the speaker the day of the baby shower. A friend of my helped me and let me borrow his EV speakers. When I tried to explain to them (the business) they were very disrespectful with me calling me out of my name. And wouldn't help. I offered to buy the correct speaker and pay the difference. Why should I have to pay *** for something not used and that I can't use. $450 is a lot of money to go down the drain. I went to them for help. I could of got the speaker thru Amazon since day one. If that was the purpose to just use it and return it I could if went thru Amazon. Which that's not the case. I trusted them. They lied and treated me poorly. I just want my money back so I can get the correct speaker which it's the EV speaker. I will never do business or refer anybody to them. They have like 20 very bad reviews online google. I see I'm not the only one. I will upload the purchase of the correct speaker after I get a refund just to show them I never went to take advantage of no one. I'm still losing I can't play my turntables. I need my **** back and it's been 30 days now due to them giving me such a horrible time.

      On 06/28/2021 I went to Dj audio for car speaker installation, and was complete over priced, and was not explain d my charges. I have contacted the store manager for further explanation, and have not heard back.
