I called and spoke with a representative about switching my services and buying out my phones from my ******* bill on 8/6. I was told I would be receiving an email to upload the receipts showing proof that this took place and that in order to receive the reimbursement, I had to start and finalize the process within 7 days. As of 8/12, I had not received an email to provide proof that I went through with the buyout and the agent I spoke with said they would put in a case and get back in touch with me no later than 8/19. He stated that the buyout portion was not properly set up and they would be looking into the agent that assisted me. I called today, to be told that my case was denied and they will put in another case. I switched from ******* to Spectrum due to similar issues. I cannot afford for this to continue to be drawn out and not receive my refund for paying my phone balances. Everything was processed properly on my endInitial Complaint

I pay for the plan with anytime upgrades. I have successfully completed a few of them and been extremely happy with the process and support. The issue lies in I got the fold 6. I do not like the device but knew I had any time upgrades so I wasn't worried. I tried to complete one when an error message keeps appearing. I called and have been given many different reasons why this could be happening but no clear answer. After 3 weeks I received a call from offline support. They sent a ticket to IT. Which still hasn't been worked on. **** at extension ******* keeps saying she's working on it but yet no results. I need to get this figured out in a timely matter. I feel as though 3 weeks should have been a fair amount of time. Yet I keep getting the ring around. I'm reaching out to get this fixed and solved.Customer response

I returned a phone withing 24 hours of receiving it, back to spectrum mobile, and I was told I owed 500 dollars for damages. The phone was in perfect condition when returned, and when I asked for a picture they refused to show me one. When I FINALLY, after over a week, was show photos of the phone the only damage was dust on the screen. They are forcing me to pay 500 for something that isnt even true.Initial Complaint

After many years of being a dedicated customer, we decided to end both our ********************** and internet services with Spectrum and switch to ***** The internet switched on 10/12/23 and the phones ported over on 10/13/23. The equipment was returned, and the services were cancelled accordingly. On 11/06/23, our bank account was drafted in the amount of $314.99. Not knowing this draft was going to happen it put us in danger of our mortgage payment not clearing. We both had to quickly move funds from other accounts ensuring this did not occur. My husband, who is by the way, a disabled veteran, contacted Spectrum customer service right away to inquire about this charge. The representative stated that this fee was to payoff two of the phones that had balances. To ensure there would not be any additional unforeseen drafts, we called customer service again and again we were told that our account was deactivated and that there were no pending charges. Now today, our account was thrown into a negative status due to a charge of $449.98. We contacted Spectrum customer service again and this time we spoke to a very rude member of your leadership team by the name of ******, who communicated that our service period ended on the 12th of each month and the $314.99 deducted on 11/06 was for 1 day of service, that Spectrum does not prorate, no exceptions. She further informed us that it was legal and well within Spectrum's rights to draft us again today after we closed and deactivated our accounts and communicated if we were to be charged anything we wanted a bill. Review the recordings and you will find we tried to prevent these errors from occurring. When asked to speak with a manager ****** refused. The customer service we have received have been some of the worst I have EVER experienced in my life. ****** showed zero empathy, even after telling her this charge threw our account into a negative balance. I ask that someone review our accounts and refund us accordingly.Initial Complaint

On Sept 26, I paid ****** to pay off phone to transfer to T-Mobile. I tried to get a receipt of how much I paid but only can get a paid in full, I wanted the amount in the paid in full email but they stated they can not put in the amount. I wanted a receipt of what I paid and I called 3x and also went into the store in ********, ** but, they stated they had no printer and they also could not do anything. From what I understand when you pay something no matter what it is you are suppose to get a receipt, I want a receipt that is what I am asking for if not, I would like my money back, I have had problems with spectrum since day 1 where everything was messed up not even a sorry. No customer service,,,,,
