The location is fine. It's close to ***. Has an **** beside it which is convenient. And that's it for the "good" things about this property.The staff was rude and would turn their backs and walk away while you are still talking and explaining things.The property is dated which is fine.Customer service could not be reached in the evening. They weren't also of any help when I finally reached them for help in getting transferred to another property they ran. I was being charged a cancellation fee if I don't stay for the second night even because of my concerns.Safety is a concern because the windows doesn't have any locks and can be opened easily, which the staff denies. This was when the guy I was talking to turned around and walked away while I was still talking. The woman staff that was with the guy when I checked in the evening of June 19 was sarcastic when I asked for a newer room.The very old in-room "safe" was virtually non-existent.Sanitation is questionable and should be investigated by the health department and be shut down. The was a bunched up and used sanitary napkin behind the ripped, dirtiest, and smelly couch I've seen in a motel. The only comparison of this couch is the ones you see in the landfill. It looks like someone died on it. The carpet has tons of stains and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for ages. The bathroom is very dirty and has blood stains. There was a dead insect near the headboard. Hopefully it isn't a bed bug. The parking lot looks more clean than the rooms. The whole room smells of mold.
