To whom it may concern, Nissan of Stockton has mistakenly reported to the *** that I purchased a vehicle under a business account and paid ***** as a down payment. Nissan sent me a form 8300 stating that they had reported this to the ***. The form contained my name and address with a similar but not exact social security number. I am concerned that my information is being mismanaged, and now fraudulent information has been shard with the ***. I need this addressed ****! The tax form was signed by Finance of Nissan under penalties of perjury that the information was correct which is false.

My complaint is that Nissan of Stockton refuses to refund me the money owed on an extended warranty cancellation. The contract number is V0788402, and the vehicle ID number is *****************. To begin, the vehicle was purchased on September 21, 2021. It was at this time that I also purchased the "First ******************** Contract(Gold Plus)," also known as an extended warranty. Subsequently, and contemporaneously to trading the vehicle in elsewhere, I went to the dealership's finance office to cancel said warranty. This was on 4/2/23, and the person I spoke with and signed paperwork with was named ******. Before leaving I asked when I could expect to receive a check, to which he responded that I would get it no later than 4/23/23. Needless to say, the check did not arrive by said date. Additionally, the dealership did not call me to explain the reason why. So on my own initiative, I called to find out what was going on; I spoke to ***** in sales. He informed me that, because I had refinanced the vehicle after purchasing it, I would need to provide a release of liability document from the company I was originally financed through. So I emailed it to him within the hour; he assured me that I would receive the check in about a week. But when that didn't happen I called back and was told it would be looked into. At one point I spoke with ****** in finance; she told me the check was just under $1,200 and that it had been mailed to me. Well, this also turned out not to be true. It's been one mendacious claim after another. In all, I've made 4 visits to the dealership, made 25 phone calls, and sent 2 emails. But they still refuse to refund me. My feeling is that they are using these dilatory tactics in hopes that I will eventually give up and go away.

I had purchased a used vehicle from Nissan Stockton on 8/29/2021. Before signing the sale papers, the sales person that assisted me was ********************* & the finance manager that helped us was ***** I asked both of them if everything was up to date with the vehicle, such as oil change, smog check, etc. I was told by both of them that they are sure everything is up to date, but they will check, moments later, they told me theyre sure the oil change is up to date but will check on the smog check & if it is not done, they will make sure it gets done and they will take care of it. I informed them that I just dont want any problems with the vehicle as I am purchasing this for my daughter, who is studying in college in *************** live in ******. During the signing I had placed a $5,000 Cash down payment & presented a bank check of $11,000. At multiple times, I have mentioned continuously with **** that as per my banks instructions, for me to remind the dealership to call the number on the yellow tab - attached with my banks paperwork & for the dealership to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any issues with the check. Per ****, he reassured me many times when I reminded him yeah, our finance will know what to do with it. I told him that I just wanted to make it clear with the instructions that my bank told me because I live in *********** purchasing this vehicle for my daughter in *********** dont want anything to go wrong. Again, **** reassured me that the finance people will know what to do with it.Ive called numerous times as I was told by my bank check was returned because the dealership didnt follow instructions. When I called the dealership,I was told the check went through & for me not to worry. 8mos later, I get a call from their finance manager & threatens that they will take the car back. He was rude & unprofessional. Putting the blame on me when I tried to avoid any issues. I now hold the title & want them to stop *********************
