    My experience here started off like any other car dealership experience.. i got approved for a car but i was told it had to be serviced and there were parts that had to be repaired and painted, chipped paint on the door and chipped paint on the back of the bumper. So I proceeded to finished the deal, gave them my down payment and all my paperwork. About 3 weeks later they call me tell me the car was ready. When i go to pick it up nothing was done to it the previous damages from the last owner were still there. They tell me the painter was backed up and i would have to take it to him myself when they have another opening. Another week or 2 goes by and i get a call saying that the bank withdrew from the car deal. I tell the manager (*****) a month later they can do that ? He then tells me im gonna have to bring it back and that i Cant afford their car. I tell em no problem Ill go and just get my money back then. He again tells me they dont want the car they want to make a deal still.. make it make sense ? Okay another month goes by im told to bring the car back or its gonna get repossessed by the dealer. I bring it back, *********************** asks for the keys then inspects the car. He then comes back and tells me there keeping the car and keeping my down payment ? And expects me to get up and leave or something.This place is honestly a joke, And now Im getting the run around about my money back GM ********************* told *********************** we werent going to get s*** back we have everything in recording plus hasnt called **,GM ************************* disrespectful basically said we aint getting our money back either because we damaged his car? Which they were already damaged from previous owner. *********************** called ** on his day of drunk calling all kinds of names on the book and threatening ** thats a professional worker mind you a manager at that!

    don't buy cars here Worst dealership ever the people here play games I put a down payment on a car they said we gonna lend you one until we detail it and make necessary repairs it might take a week or so.....so I'm calling checking when my car will be ready,then they tell me we don't want to sell it to you because it's worse than what we thought so we are gonna sell it at auction instead, do you want anything else on lot I said....no wow I want what I paid for....why would you sell me a car no one ever checked for damage,I'm very upset,now they won't give me my money back everytime I call financial never there I want my money back ??

    I am very disappointed with the total lack of customer service that I received from ********************** employees. On several occasions I was lied to and deceived about the time it would take to have my vehicle repaired and serviced. In addition it seems that there is a culture of treating customers rudely and simply ignoring there arrival and presence. On three different occasions I received poor customer service and even witnessed a senior citizen getting talked down to when she brought up a concern. The first time I went there was to have an oil change and to have a microphone repaired for my 2018 Nissan Rogue. It took more than ten minutes to even be acknowledged and I was told that the part needed to be ordered even though I had spoken to a representative prior to my coming in the the microphone needed to be repaired. The simple oil change and fluid levels checked took more than 5 hours and the most important fluid levels weren't checked after reviewing my paperwork. The second time I had an appointment for replacement of the microphone and again was told the part was not in stock therefore wasting my time and gas. Today after being called by a representative and making a third appointment, I was treated rudely after waiting five minutes or so to be acknowledged even though there was no one ahead of me, the employee made what seemed to be a personal phone call I was finally acknowledged. A few minutes later the employee proceeded to tell me the part was not in stock. After informing him I was called by another employee telling me the part had arrived he went to double check and magically the part was now there. Meanwhile six hours later my car is still not repaired and I was left without my vehicle all day. Prior to coming today, I was informed that the repair should take no longer than an hour. When I inquired about the status of my vehicle after 4 hours, the employee had a negative attitude and wouldn't answer my question. Totally rude and unprofessional 3x.
