    At McDonalds at 2030 S Germantown Rd a employee didn’t put the lid on a coffee cup and it Spilled on my leg and phone.

    I was served RAW chicken nuggets from the ********** on the corner of ********************************************** in ********, **. When I took the food back the to restaurant, the manager ******* was very dismissive, rude, and had very little concern. She did not apologize or try to rectify the situation in any way. I had to ask for a refund in which I waited outside for ****************************************************************************** My ten year old was mortified when I told him that he needed to stop eating them because they were raw. By the time I was able to sit down and take a bite of one, he had already eaten 4 of them, so I am praying that he does not end up sick from this mess. After I received my refund, the manager did not give me my original receipt, but did give me the refund receipt & told me to "have a fantastic a** f****** day". At this point, I just left. There were many children within the establishment and I found this to very unprofessional. Not sure how she was angry at me because I wanted to resolve an issue that was their fault. I mean truly, the nuggets were disgusting and I wish I would have taken photos.
