I placed my order on March 17th, 2025. It is now 4/15 and I still cannot confirm where my order is. I've called multiple times and had one call returned. They asked me why I refused delivery. I told them I didn't and they said okay they would call me back. They never did. Several emails were sent as well. First the response was my order had shipped and its on its way. Then it was sending me ***** tracking links that were not working. When you clicked on them it showed an error message. I let customer service know this and they never acknowledged it. They just kept sending the broken link. Finally today they emailed me to call ***** to schedule a delivery, again, with the same broken link. I called them multiple times furiously and they blocked my #. Now I've filed a dispute with credit company about the charges and am posting this complaint. I had made several purchases with this company before and they were all great experiences. It truly is a shame this is the way they played it this time. And it all could've been avoided with some simple communication. I have no problem waiting a day or two for an answer. But not 3-4 days with the same answer over and over again, and not addressing the issue. Truly disappointing.Customer Answer

I bought in *************************************** survival backpacks one was $149.29, the other one was $219.29, and the other one was $159.29 The order number number five nine eight seven six four four one hundred and forty nine dollars and $.29 was the one that I had issue with. I was hiking on a very mild hike. I didnt have anything in the bag but 316 ounce water bottles and within 20 minutes.Both straps completely busted off Torn. And the zipper was also faulty. It would zip up, but still be opened up in certain areas. The other two bags were for family friends so I dont know if theyve had the chance to use them or not because theyre only for a disaster I would have reported it earlier,but this was the first time I actually had used this bag. It was still brand new. Theyre very bad about returning my calls and emails and they said that they would give me a discount on something else, but I told them dont want that I wanna refund because why would I buy something that is faulty again for that price.? They asked me to send them picturesand they asked for the order number and when I had bought it, and I sent them all of those things And they still wont honor it so I dont think they expected me to have all of that their website says 100% guaranteed money so I dont know what the problem is.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I had not even put the bag on to use it once. It was there to use in an emergency only. How often do we have a disaster in Los Angeles to where we need to evacuate, And I think that is why your company scams people in this situation considering all the negative reviews you have. I understand its been four years, but a survival bag is suppossed to endure and last in a tough environment, not fall apart on a mild hike which I was on. Plus the contents which a survival bag has inside such as food ect... has years to last according to the dates on the items. So why wouldn't the bag last as well? Think about a $20 back pack for school. That will last for the year or more with heavy books inside. This is a $ 150 SURVIVAL DISTASTER BACK PACK. Please come to realize and please refund me.

I shouldnt have to explain myself anymore in detail about the dishonesty low quality product for the price that you guys put out there. Your business practice is horrible and Ive read all of your reviews for such a big company saying you have quality things doesnt cut it in my book so you need to come to Understand and be honest and make whats right. Its not like Im asking for a refund for thousands of dollars replace the bag with a refund back, I will not let this go because you guys are clearly in the wrong about the quality of your product. I do not accept you telling me we have a four month warranty than a 60 day warranty. Its obvious that you guys do not know and its really sad. How many people have bought in bags from you and had this problem

I purchased a survival kit from Stealth Angel (aka Invative **** on 1/15/25. I received notice that the item was delivered on 1/21/25 by ****, however I did not receive it. I contacted the seller right away to let them know about the problem. They were minimally responsive and offered no resolution. I couldnt file a claim with **** for this insured package myself because I couldnt provide all of the info required to do so. After pointing this out to the seller, they claimed they would contact ****. There was no follow up after that. No update. No offer to send a replacement. No refund. No commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. The customer service has been awful. We all know that packages get lost and shipping errors are made. Thats why packages can be insured, and mine was, but Stealth Angel is happy to keep my money without doing anything to make this right for their customer despite their claim that they offer world-class customer service.Business Response

I have never been so disappointed by a customer service experience. I included the wrong shipping address and noticed it immediately upon submitting my order. I called customer service and left a message (I ordered on the weekend). I also emailed support immediately letting them know the correct address. I did not receive a call back until Monday afternoon; I wasn't able to answer at that moment, but no one left a message. I called back immediately and left another message. My call wasn't returned until Tuesday afternoon when I was told that they would attempt to correct the shipping address. In the meantime, I received an email on Monday stating there was no way to update the shipping address. Confusing and disappointing. I will never order from this company again.Business Response

I ordered a 6 person survival Go Bag or Bug Out Bag from Stealth Angel. When it arrived it had a clasp and a zipper broken on one of the bags. As I lifted the bag out of the box, another clasp broke. This product is advertised as superior quality and a money back guarantee. They lied. I have to ship this broken product to them costing me $120.00 in order to get my $275.00 back. I have repeatedly contacted Stealth Angel by phone and email and I get no response. Unethical and unprofessional.Business Response

Its not right that I should be out $150 for their incompetence. I requested that they pay for me to return their broken product but they refused.

I purchased 2 items from this company and both were defective. I kept one but returned the second box to the post office to return the item. I contacted them letting them know, and they told me to return it. Now they are telling me that without a tracking number, which I didn't get, they will not issue a refund. Ordered a walking stick that goes from compact to 26 inches. Ordered 9/27/24, Stealth Survival Angel charged my credit card on 9/29 $46.90. I received the item on 10/2. The walking stick is supposed to spring back from 26 inches to a compact size. Tried several times with no luck. Contacted customer service they sent me instructions on how to make it go to compact. Tried 12 times, had my sister try a few times and the stick would not go back and stay back as described on website. Website states hassle free returns, 100% guarantee. 10/4/24 I contacted **************** that item is defective. **************** said to simply return item and they will refund. 10/8 *****ed item back, spent $32.50 sending back. Item arrived to Stealth Angel Survival on 10/10/24 signed by G.****** at 12:36pm ****** tracking #**************). 10/16- no response or credit yet from Stealth Angel, so I emailed them the photo of my ***** tracking with date delivered asking when will I see a credit? Received no response, so I left a voicemail on 10/17 at 1:45pm. No response. 10/17 contacted Stealth Angel via Instagram message at 4:39pm. 10/17 at 11:09 pm received a response to send them the tracking # so they can **** it down in their warehouse. 10/22- texted on instagram again. As of 10/25 no response, no credit. I read the 19 other complaints on BBB with the same issue. This company is bad news! On Sept 8 I order an item from this company and I put my ********* , ******* address. I waited and waited for the item until I saw on the **** tracking info that it was late so I decided to contact them through email. Their response all the time was that it was on the way. The one day I saw on the tracking information that my item was in ********, *********** so I called them and the lady that answered got veeeeery rude!!!!! I asked her why my package was in *********** and in a sarcastic way she said I dont know, I dont work for ****.
