    I found this company looking on ****** for survival equipment. I've been purchasing from them for years and have never had an issue with defective or missing items. It seems a lot of the complaints are from impatient or incompetent customers not knowing how to properly contact someone for help.

    Never received the package and they still took my money. This is theft. Upon trying to contact them they have been illusive and it feels more like a scale than a business. Please do something and get people their money back! And stop these criminals

    I placed an order and the cheapest garbage came, nothing like the website showed. I called customer service and they make you leave your number and refuse to call you back. I have now realized they have duplicated my order and another ****** is being charged for the exact same order. I need someone to give me a return method and my charges to be reimbursed immediately.

    My husband innocently bought what he thought was a four person backpack combo from stealth angel, we are missing quite a few things from the packaging and speaking with them is absolutely beyond frustrating because they almost are laughing at you when you speak to them, they said send everything back and they would process And give us a payment within 7 to 10 business days. I highly doubt that will happen and I think this company should be out of business.

    My complaint is thier web site ordering page. You order and pay then in a few minutes they add another item by trickery and will tell you that you owe more when you never ordered or okayed an add on to your order. I want my order but I cant afford to pay for an erronous order I did not approve of.

    Delivery was damaged, no assistance from customer services. No replacement yet, website says 100% money back guarantee. No refund or any help.

    Seem my package was delivered to the wrong address. I did all the foot work myself to file the claim with ****** I asked them to help via email and phone calls. Very little response. It was not my fault. I am not sure why they refuse to help by issuing a delivery wavier on my behalf. I sorry it didnt work out. I guess they didnt intend for me to have what I ordered.

    I don't even want to leave one star. I bought the am/fm radio solar, crank w light and *** to charge phone and the *** port is old and doesn't fit my phone. I want to return but zero customer service. In fact, I get an upsell email from them every day which is insulting. I feel very ashamed this is a US company and operates in this fashion and is able to get away with it.
