I have purchased an item from AliExpress from the company called Windows Laptop 3C Store. The item was a Laptop, but they delivered to me a $5 plastic tablet cover, and they have marked my purchase as delivered. I have asked for return/refund but they denied request. I have contacted the seller several times but no reply. I have contacted AliExpress and they have provided proposal as NO REFUND. Without any explanations. Order completed on Mar 14, 2025 Ask Seller for refund and Seller provided the label on Mar 23, 2025, Seller mentioned I can just use the label instead of Aliexpress label. The seller told me that I still need to ship back an empty box with Aliexpress label on Mar 27, 2025. Buyer (I) asked for a refund on Mar 27, 2025 thru Aliexpress The box delivered Alipexpress warehouse on Mar 28, 2025. Buyer (I) have contacted Aliexpress multiple times but the refund issue kept postpone. I also contacted the seller and they told me there is nothing they can do. They already informed Aliexpress. The website is actively promoting a fictitious seller on their list of hot deals. The vendor lists dozens of electric vehicles for sale, all at $15. The vendor has scores of reviews stating that buyers do not get the products they have purchased. AliExpress stated that the vendor "does not violate platform regulations." This is the store: *************************************************** This follows a prior incident where I gave documented proof that a vendor had sold me batteries that were not at the advertised capacity (amp hours). In that order ****************, the item was sold with a promise of free returns for any reason. The end of February I ordered a shelf promised delivery was March 4-7 starting march 4 tracking was on its way and was all the way to the 9th! Finally two days past promised delivery I requested a refund then it was on its way until the 14 all the way up to the 18! And said delivered but I received nothing. I reported to my bank to get my refund and they opened an investigation then a week after the company stated a refund was issued my bank closed the claim assuming it was resolved the company never refunded !! Two days ago my bank reversed the credit they allowed meaning the company is fraud and never refunded the money or settled with my bank !! I ordered a E-bike from aliexpress.com on Jan 31, 2025 for $460.77. The bike was delivered around Feb 9, 2025. After putting the bike together I noticed that the bike was not working or charging. I contacted the AliExpress and its seller, and they told me that I was not charging the bike correctly, and that I had to take the battery out of the bike to charge it. I did that, and the bike still did not work or charge. I sent AliExpress seller videos and even took the bike to a specialize E-bike shop and had the owner test the battery and checked the voltage and found the battery was no good and did not charged. AliExpress seller sent me a e-bike with a spoiled battery. I contacted AliExpress many times requesting a free return label for the e-bike. AliExpress seller then wanted another video of the battery being volt tested so that they can see it was no good. I returned back to the e-bike shop, and asked the owner if I could record a video of them testing the battery volt. I could not upload the video because AliExpress frozen my account claiming WE ARE SORRY TO ACCEPT YOUR QUESTION. AFTER INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FROZEN> WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT THE BANK TO UNFREEZE IT FIRST. AliExpress is giving me the runaround and conducting improper business practices. I purchase this e-bike for my business to make deliveries and as a birthday gift to myself. Now I am out of the $460.77, I have sent emails, messages, and videos explaining the situation, and I have been trying to reach AliExpress before the 90 day time frame to make the free return and AliExpress is not cooperating and has not process the free return and using my bank as an excuse. My first dispute to the bank was made on Feb 24, 2025. I feel as though AliExpress is trying to wait for the 90 day free return window to expire to keep my $460.77, and stick me with this no good e-bike. Hello,I purchased a couple hockey jerseys from this website. When placing the order it was noted that the jerseys could be customized and that the delivery would be March *****. With this in mind i purchased the jerseys and sent the information to the company to customer the jerseys. The jerseys did not begin shipping until 3/29, these were purchased to wear to a specific game and are in jeopardy of not making it here in time for that game. I have contacted AliExpress who only offered a $1 credit for a future order and directed me to contact the vendor directly. I spoke with the vendor and they will not offer any refund for the delay since they have shipped the items. There has been no indication from the tracking info that the items are delayed because of the shipping carrier, the items didnt even get to the carrier until the day they were supposed to arrive to me at the latest. With this in mind I am trying to get to a resolution's where I am compensated for the delayed delivery by getting a partial refund on my order. I ordered Air Scrubber on Feb 13, 2025 and I got a completely different one without UV filtration. I filled dispute and the AliExpress was agree to initiate return. And the return condition was that I will ship back item on my own expense and they will be refunded at the end of dispute. I got refund for the item but not for shipping cost. And now AliExpress now telling me that I returned this item because of my own reason and not due to incorrect item. I have an image what Air Scrubber I got and it clearly can be seen that this did not have UV filter as advertised in AliExpress. One more very important details is that item has AliExpress Commitment: "Free returns within 15 days. Not satisfied with your order? Send it back within 15 days after delivery. I made a purchase from AliExpress on March 21, 2025 for $85.05. The package was to be delivered by UniUni with tracking number UUSC000009053107. On March 31, 2025, I received a text message indicating my package had been delivered. When I viewed the delivery photos, it was clear it was NOT delivered to my address. I was able to determine that the delivery location was a bank with an address of ******************. My address is a *** Store Box at *********************************. I went to the bank's location within 30 minutes of receiving the text message and the package was not there. The bank manager told me she saw the delivery person arrive, walk up to the door and leave, but there was no package there when she checked. So the evidence seems to indicate that the delivery person took the package after photographing it. I called the phone number UniUni sent in a text message to report the package missing, but although it was within their stated business hours, the auto message indicated they were closed and directed me to submit an online ticket. I submitted a ticket online and they responded asking me to send them a photo of my front door to compare details. I sent the photo and have not heard anything since. I've sent emails, called repeatedly, and submitted a new ticket with no response. I am requesting a full refund for the cost of my goods.
