I placed an order with AliExpress. Their website states that the delivery is still in transit.( awaiting delivery) The ***** tracking and the ***** customer service state it was delivered and signed for. I never received this item. Upon further investigation of my purchase, I realize they other companies within there alley Xpress store. The other company is on many scam and fraud sites. I want a refund for the purchase. Ive never received the item. when I went onto their chat site because you cant talk to anyone, they directed me to follow a link to get the refund. The link just brings me back to the original webpage. They stated they would be starting a refund. And then referred me to no assistance. I believe Ive been scammed horribly and I want my money back. If they are a real site, this is horrible customer service.Initial Complaint

I ordered an Ego vacuum from AliExpress. The tracking # provided to me was in actuality a tracking # associated with someone else at a completely different address with a completely different product with a completely different picture (delivery confirmation from ****** with a different home than me. The photo literally has confirmation that the home it was delivered to was 3403 Tamarind (NOT MY ADDRESS)! even photo is not of my home or a vacuum cleaner box AND a vacuum does not weigh 33 pounds. ***** literally emailed me all of her information. I even knocked on her door and spoke with her. She received a mattress that same day. AliExpress is being completely shady. I spent hours and hours on this. I have message customer service 4 times. It has been escalated twice to escalation team with no response. I literally have the emails from ***** with all the information on the OTHER delivery that they're sending me. A complete s*** show. I have 8 cameras and ring doorbell to prove NO delivery man came to my house. They should be prosecuted. Total Chinese scam company stealing from *******.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from AliExpress (order ID ***************** totaled at $1,465.39 on Aug 22, ******* valid shipping tracking was provided. Delivery date was 8 September 2024, it is now 19 September 2024, and the merchant just keeps telling me to wait even though i met all their deadlines.They said i could initiate a refund at 45 days and I did, each time i contact them they tell me to wait 48 more hours... I am now at almost 60 days with no information or resolution other than they are looking in to it.This seems to be a scam where they try to delay to 90 days where then you can't request a refund, i am now at 90 days.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product. They use a tracking company I have never heard of. First Tracking said It arrived 9/1/2024. Later tracking said it arrived 9/5/2024. The tracking company said I signed for it and was left in my mailbox. If I signed for it, I would have taken it in my home and not left it in my mail box and vise versa. I paid $347.30. I never receive it. I asked several times from the seller for a refund. They refused to refund my payment. I contacted Aliexpress The seller sent them the tracking info and Aliexpress refused to refund me. I have had discussions with the seller and Aliexpress since 9/5/2024. I have no other recourse but to tell others of their actions. Most retailers will refund if the buyer never receives the item. Do not use Aliexpress. I recieve emails form **** daily about mail and packages that I will receive. I did not get any packages the date they report it was delivered (Sept 5). I also checked all packages from Augest 30-Sept 10 and none of the tracking numbers do not match this tracking number they gave me. ****** also will not support the customer when a product is not delivered. They want to blame the **** when they did not send the product. Do not trust this ****************Initial Complaint

I made an order on 08/29/2024 on AliExpress. The item never arrived. According to the tracking, the item was blocked by the custom and returned back to the seller.AliExpress offered a refund option to me. I requested the refund, but they never process the request. Every time I followed up on the case, they either asked me to submit some evidences to prove that I never received the item, which is ridiculous, or promised me that I will be contacted in 24/48 hrs through email. But no one ever contacted. I kept trying following up but got ghosted every single time. These agents spoke the same template of responses but no one really care to solve the issue.Initial Complaint

Aliexpress has promised me a refund for this order and I get to keep the order too! I've been trying for the last 8 days to get my refund but I keep being told to wait! I do not trust aliexpress to do as I've been promised! I've submitted all the evidence they have asked for the refund already 8 days ago! So I fully expect my refund and to keep my order as promised! I ordered a set of chairs online from Aliexpress. I was given a fake tracking number. ***** stated they delivered the product and provided a photo of delivery, however ***** advised the provided tracking number did not belong to me or have my address listed and the photo of the house it was delivered to was not mine. I have tried to reach out to Aliexpress but the order is considered "frozen" and there have been no updates. Per other reviews that I later found, the seller is known for this fraud method.Initial Complaint

On 25 July, I ordered a roll up sleep mattress. I put the correct address on my order. I have ordered several items ebore this and several items after. This is the only on that I had an issue with. I was given a tracking number that showed it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my house. It was delivered to a city no where near where I live. I have reached out to the company and they just keep telling me it was delivered and refused to issue a refund or send the item. However, this was a phony tracking number and I never received anything. I am hoping BBB can step in and help make this right.Initial Complaint

Below are the details of my situation:Date of Purchase: February 23, 2024 Amount Paid: $107.16 USD Issue Summary:I ordered Naruto booster boxes from the ***** Anime Store on Aliexpress. I purchased three booster boxes, each costing $33.70. However, I only received a single pack of a different anime series, which is worth about $1.When I contacted the seller, ***** Anime Store, they offered a refund but instructed me to open a dispute. Despite my efforts and the evidence I provided, Aliexpress has rejected my dispute and closed it. They claim my evidence, including ***** weight documentation, is insufficient, even though it clearly shows a significant discrepancy between the expected and actual weight of the package.Current Status:Aliexpress has closed the dispute and will not allow me to reopen it, leaving me without a resolution.I am seeking assistance to recover my $107.16.
