I purchased a Oneplus Nord 3 smartphone on 08/25/2024 with $317.79 from aliexpress.On September 08, 2024 the pacakge was delivered. However, the package seems to have been tampered with(See attached pictures from uniuni the delivery company). After I open it, there was no phone inside but just the box and phone accessories.I am not sure if it's the seller's issue or the delivery company stole it. However, the only fact to me is that my phone didn't arrive and I lost $317.79.I filed dispute with Aliexpress the same day but Aliexpress refused to refund my money. Details for this complaint :Oder number: **************** Date of transaction : Aug 12, 2024 The amount of money : ****** Item : 40V 8" Brushless Edger, 4.0Ah USB Battery and Charger Included Request description:The package never shipped to my house. Seller provided tracking which is delivered to unknown address and seller cannot provide proof of shipment , either shipping or receipt address. It is easy to see the different on tracking and ****** to see my home address.From ***** tracking number ************, you can see the photo of delivered address photo ***************************************************** My house (address on file : ****************************************************************) ***************************************************** can see that on 13 and ************************* that he have not ship anything package out yet, but tracking number said it is created at midnight and shipped out on 12 August which is before I made an order on 12 ********* per package detail from tracking, you can see package dimension and item dimension, it is impossible to put 66" in 17" box and 11.9 lbs. in 9 lbs. box. This mean that package that send to unknown house is not the item that I ********** per seller recent reviews, you can see that he fakes tracking for many customers, not only me and ********************** does not consider this seller as a scammer.Initial Complaint

There has been numerous of orders that I have placed on this site and lots of them have been cancelled and returned back to the seller and I still have not been refunded back my money. I have given the max amount of time that they give us to see the money back in my bank account and those refunds I still have not seen. I would appreciate it if I can get my refunds back as in nothing ever got sent out. Also, just recently I received a package from a vendor on *********** and the package was empty, the only thing inside the package was a bunch of stickers which I never ordered. I did submit all of this to *********** letting them know that I got scammed by one of their vendors and I still have not been refunded back my money. Im still trying to figure this out if the scam artist is the vendor or Ali ******* themselves?, when I contact the upper team they take their time to respond back by even weeks of time. When Customs inspects the packages it also seems to appear that they are also involved in this scam and the reason I say that is because Customs holds on to my packages for a bit too long as if I were transporting illegal drugs or something in that category, and I am not. Also, when Customs holds on to my packages for too long I have noticed that everything comes in broken after Customs inspects them. I have been recording them for quite some time now and it keeps happening over and over again. I dont know where the grudge is coming from now Customs or Ali ******* themselves?, I am doing nothing wrong, I am just another customer just like everybody else. As for my money, I dont owe anybody any money and by them holding on to my refunds for too long it seems as if I did and thats what I want to get cleared up.Initial Complaint

I never received my order. ***** has confirmed to me that the tracking number does not match my order information or my delivery information. Aliexpress order Number : **************** ***** Tracking number: ************ (phone number **************)My order from "Your Home Family Store" placed through Aliexpress should have gone to :**** ****** ************************************************************************************ No package came to me and ***** confirms that the shipper on their ticket was not "Your Home Family Store", the recipient name was not **** ******, and the address was not the same as above. They refuse to admit this and continue to say "package was delivered". ***** CONFIRMS IT WAS NOT MY ORDER, RECIPIENT NAME OR ADDRESS that said package was delivered to. Nobody I have complained to seems to want to confirm this info with ***** yet ***** has confirmed this to me 3 different times.I ordered 4 large deck chairs, not some single package w/ a size of 24x18x11 and weighing 9.2 pounds that ***** delivered to some other person at some other address. See attached photos I am tired of trying to get satisfaction through Aliexpress and "Your Home Family Store". Purchased item on AliExpress and paid for it on Sept 2nd 2024 AliExpress canceled purchase and won't refund me..I've contacted them every day only to get the run around saying they will escalate the case to senior management but nothing happens..It's not a lot of money but the principal of being ripped off and constantly lying to meInitial Complaint

My boyfriend and I ordered a bed frame and a mattress totaling $158.96 on the 24th of August. By the 1st of September, we still had not received our items, so upon checking the app, both sellers of both the mattress and the frame said their warehouses needed restocked and would need more time to deliver the items. By the 3rd, a refund was initiated for the mattress, we received the frame on the 8th, and the refund for the mattress was received on the 11th. However, the frames item description said it was a full size bed frame. The frame we received is a twin. Wanting to send back the twin and exchange it for a full size bed frame we contacted the seller, the seller said Honey, the deal is done, and would not provide any further commentary in terms of an exchange. So we tried to contact aliexpress customer service, and never received any response. The phone number they have listed, also, leads to a voicemail- which, to no surprise - I never received a call back. My boyfriend and I would like to ask for an exchange of the product, we would like to send the twin back and exchange it for a full size bed frame.Initial Complaint

I purchased a unit for $104 that was too small. I returned it within the 90-day return window, unused with the return label they sent me after approving the return and was I DENIED a refund of my money with NO explanation. There is no valid explanation to even be extended. The return of the money I paid isnt optional, I followed protocol of the legally binding agreement that was made once I purchased the item pursuant to the conditions advertised on the site/product page. When I sent the item back in its original condition, the refund should have been issued without question. What company can lawfully have a consumer return a product and then just refuse to return the customers money? The seller on the site confirmed that it was Aliexpress who denied the refund and not the seller. Their return procedure and appeal process is preposterous. This was my first and last time purchasing from the site, I am seeking my refund. Ive uploaded text conversations with the seller who guaranteed a refund, as well as the 90-day free refund guarantee on the product page, and on their website. They gave my number to the seller who texted me which was expected.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a pendant light from Aliexpess on 7/22 order id ****************. The item was listed with and on-time guarantee estimates delivery date of 8/10. The only reason why I placed this order was because of the deliver date advertised.The order shipped out on 7/25. And did not deliver until September 3rd40 days after it shipped out, despite the seller advertising this as being delivered between 8/1-8/10. I created a refund request in September 2nd under AliExpress fast delivery commitment where they extend a refund in full if an item it delivered after 30 daysthe policy then goes on to say that if the item eventually arrived after the fact you can keep it. They agreed and extended a refund in full as a resolution twice. The seller on the platform rejected the resolution. Tonight I asked for the matter to be escalated and now AliExpress is telling me Im not eligible for a refund under their fast delivery commitment and I cannot return the item for a refund. The seller purposely listed the item with early and fast delivery dates as a bait and switch to get people to order knowing that the item would not be delivered within that range. I never would have ordered this if I knew it would take 40 days to deliver. For AliExpress to market fast delivery policies and not actually commit to it is also bad business!Initial Complaint

I ordered a filter from AliExpress and it did not arrive on time. I followed the tracking as it was late and it did not arrive when it said it had already arrived. I contacted the company and told them it was not there. They asked me to prove it was not there. I sent them a photo of the empty doormat. I'm not sure how else you can prove something is not there. They sent me an email saying they refused to refund my money because I had not proven that I had not received the item.
