      On January 12, 2024 *********************, Product Owner for Vanguards mutual fund pricing delivery, sent an email with detailed Excel spreadsheets to ****************************************** requesting assistance to correct historical pricing errors on the Yahoo Finance website for multiple Vanguard funds. A response was received on January 12 shortly thereafter from a Yahoo ************* associate stating that additional information was needed in order to replicate the issue. **************** provided the requested information that same day and also resent one of the Excel spreadsheets provided in his original email.After repeated attempts to follow-up via email to Yahoo *********** there has been no reply or communication from them, and the errors still appear on the Yahoo Finance website. We would like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible in order to mitigate further risk to investors.

      I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. Our engineering team performed a refresh,but it appears that this only resolved a portion of the symbols affected by this issue. I have reached out to them again so they can work to get this resolved for all symbols.

      I lost access to my yahoo email account and have spent two weeks trying to regain access. I tried logging into my account and it said my email password that Ive had for multiple years is incorrect. When I tried to restore my email account, I was prompted to call a 800 number where the representative requested I take photos of the front and back of my drivers license and a selfie! This whole practice was very alarming, considering all the fraud that is happening! I was also told by the representative I would be charged and the least expensive option was $12 a month subscription I asked the representative why would I be force to have a $12 Subscription to restore my email that Ive had from multiple years??? This all sounds like a scam and needs to be looked into! After reading multiple complaints just like mine Im convinced its a scam to get money from consumers! Please Help stop this illegal practice! NOTE: The email address used in this report is a new email address that I have established since being locked out of my primary email!

      Just over a week ago, my Yahoo Canada email ipad app was hacked with a very weird bug that took over the screen and would not let me access my email. I deleted the app but could not login as I had forgotten my password. When resetting my password, Yahoo asks for authorization codes sent to my iPhone messages app or my What's app. To proceed with creating my new password, I enter the code they ask for and after that, they ask me to log into an account I cannot access because I am trying to reset the password. It fails, I try again 24 hours later. I did a screen share with Apple techs. 4 failures. Yahoo USA refuses to help Canadians resolve resetting the password, and now an FB Yahoo "Help" bot (because that is all they communicate with to Canadians) tells me that after all these failures (due to their inept and obscure directions for opening a Yahoo app "I am logged into" to verify? What app? How can I authenticate something via an email I cannot log into. There is a Reddit thread with many confused and enraged outside of US users who have horror stories about this. Yahoo is inert, inept, and out of order. I would pay for help but there is no option to.

      It has been 2 years since the lost of my account, I have already contacted yahoo in the past 2 years but they don't even solved the problem and they only forword the issue to Yahoo MENA and they didn't fix the problem.I was logged in my yahoo account in phone and browser when saddenly logged me out, tried to login but always give me password doesn't match error, so I tried to recover it using the phone number ************* and when entering the verification code it requires me to Verify **************************************** which i dont have access to since it have the same problem as **************************************** same phone number and it's the recovery emails for each other so I can't access them both.I still have the phone number and the same phone that was logged in before which is Asus rog 5, the name in the email is *********************** which is the same name in my ID card, it's been 2 years and the account haven't been logged in.

      I have had a Yahoo.com email address for 15+ years, but have recently stopped using it as frequently. I just tried to log in again, using the correct email and password, but am being prompted to send a verification code to the only other email address connected to my account, which no longer exists. There is no way for me to log in, reset password, or add in an additional recovery email address or phone number. When I try to go through the chat support, Im constantly directly to call a premium support line, through which I would have to pay to be able to recover my email account. For the time being, I no longer have access to my Yahoo account.

      I have very important emails going to my account. When I contact yahoo support they have told me for a Full YEAR that there is no options to verify my account, and that I need to pay premium service to recover. I paid this once only to have them tell me they cannot find my account, and I did not forget my password. It has a two step verification linked to an inactive phone number that I cannot access. I need this email as it has very sensitive information in it as well as my royalties from my artist account. I cannot get paid without this account. My backup email ******************************************* is also a yahoo account with the same issue. The number associated with both accounts is disconnected with no way to reactivate it as it has been over 3 days. I know all security question answers(they never ask), when it was created and last log on. I have been unpaid for a full year now because of this. Can you please let me know what I need to do without paying for my account please. My temporary email is *********************** Thank you.
