    ******** customer support all they care about is money Unable to leave contract no matter how badly they treat you for at least a year System is too complex and they charge for every feature needed The team at ************** is unresponsive and doesnt care about your concerns

    I do not recommend this software. This system is very slow, the customer service is very bad. It takes forever to get anything done, let alone getting something fixed. There are constant issues with this software. Whenever they do make updates, the system just worsens each time. Using this system is very time-consuming, and very stressful.

    This is a very uncomprehensive EMR. They have left our office out to dry with the Change Cyber Attack. They waited weeks to implement a new clearing house, which in itself takes weeks and weeks. They have their software data configured to block sending 835p to insurance companies and refuse to make the software adjustments to be able to send claims. We have had zero income for 13 weeks. They then charge their monthly fee and threatened suspending the service yet have done nothing to help receive payment. Theres zero customer service. You open a ticket and no one answers or if they do they just say they will escalate to the right department. This situation has been so stressful and they have done nothing to help. I warn against this company.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have been a customer since January 2023. It has been a nightmare. There is no customer support. We place support tickets and they either resolve them without fixing anything or tell us multiple times that the issues have been "escalated" with no resolution. They recently released a seemingly untested update to their product with no prior notification. The effect of this update is that our practice is unable to **** ******** (our biggest payer) at all. The ****ing audit trail that allows us to see the work that has been done to each account has completely disappeared. I have placed many support tickets and they will only tell me they are working on them, with no delivery date, or they give a delivery date, miss it, and refuse to return calls, set up meetings, or even really respond with an explanation. There is no one to call and there is no account representative that is responsible for anything. Our ****ing has come to a grinding halt. I don't know how we are supposed to make payroll if we cannot ****. We have requested a refund for the month from them and they have not responded. They have been releasing updates to the system "on the back end" that appear to be untested and making it worse. This is very unprofessional and as someone who has worked in healthcare for over 25 years in multiple EHRs, I have never seen anything like this.

    Falsely represented capabilities of platform. Spent over 100 employee hours attending "training" conducted by people who provided inaccurate information and caused numerous delays and errors. Client data was lost causing poor customer experience and additional time trying to recover data. We used the platform 3 weeks and lost time and money. The representative refused to provide a refund and continues to bill $600+ per month for a product that is not useable and corrupted. Misrepresentations, unprofessional and inept trainers and employees, short-sighted and money-hungry.

    We discontinued service with them years ago due to numerous issues. We have to access old records because the patient's attorney's office is requesting them. We requested read-only access. The payment process took almost a month. We did not have access to the account. Even though we have already provided payment information 3 weeks ago, they send us the invoice, and the invoice indicated the access period was about to end. They tried to charge me the service I did not receive. The customer service was very poor.

    Avoid this EHR like the plague. All the support exists when you are going through the sales process, but once you've actually signed on the dotted line don't expect and support. I have had repeated issues with the billing side of their software. Every couple of months they have "clearing house scrubbing errors" which leads to tons of hours that my team has to spend fixing. Additionally, they don't inform practices when this is happening, so first we waste time submitting claims that Dr. ****** knows won't go through because of their tech issues, and then we have to spend time resubmitting. When this happens, the only resource provided is an absolutely abysmal customer support chat. I have NEVER received any valuable support when this happens. At this point I can't even count the number of times they have promised an "Account Manager" would reach out to me, only for the call to never come. I'm currently in the midst of another complete technology failure on their end, and chatting with the customer service reps is like talking to sociopathic politicians. They never answer the questions you're asking, and just give canned responses. Absolutely WORTHLESS. Stay as far away as you can.

    DrChrono is a company that only has its bottom line interest in mind. They have no proper customer service or loyalty to long-term customers. I have been a loyal customer **************** for years and had two independent practitioners start in the clinic. Both had to be subcontracted under me because DrChrono does not allow them to be separate on the system. The one Doctor left early due to family reasons, and they would not stop billing the account from the doctor's last log-in date. They just kept it going, because they are money hungry. Even after explaining the situation to them, they do not seem to care. Needless to say, if you are a Doctor or practitioner looking for a good company that cares, this is not it. I would leave a zero if possible.
