    Hello, I was very patient with this seller. The agreement was they would ship it out 15 day after payment. The only thing the tracking number said was la el created. I Wait until November because the item was supposed to be delivered by the 7th of November. I contacted the seller Nov 15. The purchase was made September 29 and they didn't want to refund my money. The seller acts like it doesn't know they're grossly over the delivery time. I put a refund application with Alibaba and they pretend to ignore that the item was supposed to be delivered on November 7-2022. The seller said the agreement was 60days! As you can see in one of the attached picture it has the order Number and dispatch date. I have many other pictures of our conversation where the seller said you'll have it in two days and that was 11-15-22. This BBB link doesn't let me see what I'm uploading so I couldn't attach the other pictures but if you need it I have it. Also want to include that to sell the items they understood English just fine. Now they have a hard time.

    Alibaba.com encourages you to do business using their platform saying that they have tried assurance and will provide a guarantee basically that you will not be scammed out of money however I was scammed out of $336 to which Alibaba started with the sellers. I have uploaded multiple documents of proof saying that the sellers promised to send me if I paid for the expensive shipping within 8 to 10 days my order I ordered it on October 7, 2022 and today is November 20, 2022 and I have yet to get my items. Even if they would've sent and it would have shipped within 8 to 10 days as they promised when it finally arrived in customs over a month after the promised time customs has seized my order and from everything I've read is because the proper documents was not in order and they expect me to just eat it and do without and lose money I've been told to be patient so many times I've lost my mind till I finally found a complaint with Alibaba.com thanking that they would have my back as they stated in this trade insurance mass and they quickly sided with the seller and offered me a $20 compensation and said that the seller sent it and that's all that matters . Where is the proof they sent it is what I wanna know there is no proof first of all they sent it the only proof is that the seller says it stuck in customs the seller give me a random ***** tracking number for which a package was never picked up by *****. It's all a scam and I want my money back that is my money out of my children's mouths. It is absolutely ridiculous that I even have to go through this right now and fight with them for my money back when they failed to provide the items they promised they didn't provide them at the time they promised and I've got no items at all what a scam I am attaching the screenshot where they seller Promised it would be 8 to 10 days If I paid for the fast shipping that was on October 7 let me remind you and today is November 20 but yet they are holding my money hostage

    November 17, 2022 Dear **********************, I am writing this letter to inform you that a supplier named ************************************* **** from Alibaba.com, had sold me counterfeit, defective****************** products, resulting in a large monetary loss in my **** business. They also damaged my online business and refused to give me a full refund. And Alibaba supports its supplier with subjectivity and biasedness in the dispute process.     On September 27 I placed an order in an attempt to make a cost effective Halloween costume. *** were withdrawn from my account. Through several miscommunications caused by their customer service either not answering in a timely fashion or writing off my complaint as solved without actually solving it, my item was sent back. Alibaba told me I had to speak to the seller directly, after the better part of two months dealing the seller trying to deny my evidence from the post office that my package was returned and I had never received it, the seller told me I had to discuss refunds with Alibaba. I pointed out I have already done that before dealing with them and received a smiley face emoji from the seller and then was blocked. I then addressed this with Alibaba and am not receiving any responses. Several people have told me to bring this to the ***.

    I placed an order for solar panels and racking system on alibaba.com with one of their suppliers. I specified what type of solar panels and their exact model#. The panels I received did not have safety certification ul/iec and the model is different from what I ordered. The panels cannot even be identified via ******. The racks based on my purchase invoice should be aluminum and that's what I reported for customs clearance and paid import tax on. The racks turned out to be galvanized steel. I seeked remediation through alibaba with their order assurance protection regarding wrong items received. Their dispute team repeated refused for full refund and return on product with shipping paid by supplier, and refused replacement of the panels and rack system. In the need the dispute team stated they can only give partial refund of **** for this order. I spent over ***** for these items including the order cost, shipping, and import duties. During this processed I provided all the chat history with the supplier and the evidence showing my order request and the sales invoice the supplier produced. I was willing to get a better refund or replacement of the order of which alibaba was only willing to provide *****

    I bought 2 computers on Alibaba and spent 774.20usd, but after receiving the goods, the quality problem caused me to be unable to access the Internet or the unlicensed computer could not be repaired locally. I asked for a refund and waited for a month before *** responded that there was no refund and only said about trade. The regulations are a bunch of useless remarks. This is a problem with the goods.     I made a purchase on Alibaba.com for 2 water slides the seller told me that If would be about 5-7 business days to manufacture and 30-45 days of shipping. I kept asking the merchant where my package was he never had an answer then he told me I could track it and sent me a link that did not work. Then he told me i was going to receive Sep 6 I never received it long story short I received it 111 days later I messaged him several times and told him I didn't want it anymore to cancel the order because I was disputing it with my bank my dad received it October 5 and I told him that it was too late that I wanted to return them and he just kept ignoring the fact that I dotn want them we had agreed on a sooner date. He was just trying to make the sale.

    I negotiated the purchase of an item on Alibaba. The seller misrepresented what they were selling (used pictures to confirm what I was purchasing). I was under the impression at this point that I was ordering the right product from the right supplier. I placed the order through Alibaba. Order number ****************** on September 29, 2022. The item arrived and was not what I agreed to purchase. I informed Alibaba and invoked the Trade Assurance policy. At this point Alibaba should have stepped in to revolve the issue. They did not. The trade assurance offering is not a real customer "assurance" solution. I have determined that the solutions are controlled by the seller. If the seller has no funds in their Alibaba account. Then Alibaba awards in the sellers favor . As not to force Alibaba to pay for the dispute out of their pocket. This is misleading and unethical in the Canadian market. Also, during the dispute resolution process. There is know direct contact with the buyer over the phone. There are no numbers to call for customer service and no contacts outside of the dispute page. Although, they will contact the seller directly to discuss the dispute. I feel that not having a contact to speak to in our native tongue defeats the purpose of offering customer support.

    On 06/23/2022 I placed an order for a dining table , a breakfast table and 4 chairs for $ 1541.00 . I initially was told that the shipping would cost from 500 to 700 dollars by the manufacturer. But later, they came back with a shipping price of more that 2000 dollars which was way above my budget, leaving me no choice but to find a different shipping company on alibaba. The shipping company gave me a quote of $ 680 and took charge of the items from the manufacturer (or so the manufacturer claims). At this point they started holding the items hostage and asking for more money(2000 $). I reached out to alibaba to resolve this and talked to someone named anne/ anna from customer service. They basically refused to help. I tried to resolve this with the shipper multiple times by asking them to adhere to the agreed upon price. However, they wanted to keep items so they can sell themselves and make more money. They resorted to threats and profanities. On 2022-07-06 , i applied for a refund from alibaba. They have not reached out to me for additional information but have been in contact with the manufacturer and shipper. I have not received ANYTHING from the manufacturer or shipper . I am owed the full amount of my receipt. The receipt, contract, invoice is attached to this letter as requested. Per the policy I have applied for a refund via alibaba's website, but have not received anything. Here is the policy details from alibaba's website: Your actual payment will be fully covered If the quality of the products does not match the standards set in your contract or the supplier did not ship the goods on time, you will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Regarding the circumstances surrounding the merchant's failure: The manufacturer/ shipper are trying to defraud customer by making them pay for furniture and trying to also sell the furniture by themselves. The merchant alibaba is enabling this behaviour by turning a blind eye. Order number:*****************
