I can't say anything bad about their customer service, but the product is just not worth the price. It is not built to last being in chlorinated water everyday for years. I bought the Waterguru sense about 1.5 years ago, after about 8 months it stopped giving me daily mesurements and would not do a manual measurement either. I contacted support and they told me that the sensor had gone bad and sent me a new one. Now another 8 months has gone by and it has stopped working again. I can kinda get it to measure the chemicals if I pull the batteries out and put them back in (I have tried new batteries) or sometimes I need to remove the testing cartridge and put it back. That will sometimes make it work for a day or 2 then I have to do it again. The main thing it does now is the app says that it can't contact the device and if I walk out close to the device and tell it to search for a wifi, I get a wifi error. Sometimes if I reseat the batteries and cartridge it will see the wifi and connect, then all is fine for a couple days. I really don't feel like having them send me a new one every 8 months, until they decide they won't do it anymore, its just not built to last.
