  They charge unnecessary money by explaining classes and all in same economy. If ever there is thought as there can be possibility of change in plan - dont book with travel pod . They charge you change fee and keep it and and dont pay to airlines and also book unnecessary options.

  My experience with Travelopod was incredibly disappointing. They initially booked my ticket for the wrong dates, and when I reached out to correct their mistake, they wanted to charge me $495 for a date change. When I checked directly with the airline, I found that the tickets for the correct dates were cheaper than the original ticket price! My ticket included free date changes with only the price difference to pay, which I was willing to accept. However, the current fare was lower than the original priceso there shouldnt have been any additional cost to me.Despite this, I was tossed around between several ***resentatives, none of whom seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Finally, I was referred to a *** named ******* *., who claimed he had 12 years of experience. However, his behavior was far from professional. I spoke calmly, asking for options, but he quickly became aggressive. When I pointed out that his tone was inappropriate for someone in customer service, he only grew more negative and combative. He gave no indication that he was trying to help and instead made an already frustrating situation worse.Overall, the lack of accountability, exorbitant fees for their own mistake, and poor customer service make ********************** a travel agency I would never recommend. If you value professionalism and fair treatment, avoid this company.

  If I could would give 0 start to them. First they say they are giving some discount and change flight can be done free of cost with just fare difference. The moment you ask them to change and agree to pay the fare difference they will start going back of there words. all of the sudden ticket can not be changed even if it says on ticket that ticket can be changed. In the end they cancel the ticket and keep the money and keep you telling that they are trying to get the refund from airline and its been 6 months that I have been chasing them for my refund. More than the money, its harassments to customer with all the communication, explanation, follow up you have to do with them. In the end they asked me to provide my account number and routing number which end up getting leaked and my account was charged with huge amount so they can not even keep there customer details safe. they can not be relied or trusted. they are really scammers.

  I booked tickets with them from 10 years but when ever you have any issues instead of help you they wanted to peel your skin .worst people and very poor service. Pay $50 dollars extra to others never ever call them .

  I booked a ticket from *** TO *********. The flight from ****** to ********* was canceled, Travelpod gave us an alternative airport to ******, which is 5 hours on road to my house. Travelopod did not give us the refund. They only have us the refund from ****** to *********. I booked my tickets through Travelpod and they are the one should be responsible to refund the whole money. Instead they are telling that since theres no change in international route, Travelopod will not refund the fare from *** To ******. Travelpod also informed us that they will deduct the cancellation fees from the airline and refund us the rest. Please be aware of this company and dont book from these irresponsible sales team.

  Travelopod scams and takes advantage of people. Terrible people with no ethics or morals. Upon a request to change an existing flight due to an emergency, the travel agent confirmed two seats available on the flight and took our credit card information and a copy of the receipt of the charge. Upon our request if the travel agent could please provide us with a note that the change was for a medical reason as proof for our credit card travel insurance, the travel agent immediately said the airline "unbooked" our reservations and to delete the emailed receipt and that he is unsure he can get our seats for the same price or not. We knew this was strange and pushed back and said this was unreasonable as we had already given our credit card and were sent a receipt. The agent said quickly he got one seat back but the second seat will be extra. We became very angry and knew this was a scam and asked to speak to his supervisor. He tried to backpedal and explain he could get the seats for the same cost but we still wanted to talk to the supervisor. He turned out to be an even bigger scammer as he tried to explain this suspicious behavior of seats changing as normal. We asked to speak to his boss but he became very rude and argumentative and said this would help no one. They charged a heavy change fee which in itself was a scam and we were never able to talk to the supervisor's higher-up either. **** never be using this agent again and recommend no one to use this travel agency.

  They scammed me when I was in a desperate situation!! I had to book a same day emergency flight to ***** to see a dying relative and they lied to say that there was only 1 seat left and that it was going to cost essentially double the money (for an off season ticket). I bought the ticket trusting what the agent said only to find out that the flight was half empty!!! Never buying a ticket with these scamsters again!!! Beware everyone! Always get multiple quotes before buying a ticket!

  I booked a flight from ******* to *******. I never received a confirmation or itinerary. My calls were never answered and I felt I was scammed. Disputed the charge and my charge card was reimbursed. 4 months later I am receiving notices from a collection agent. Should be a negative rating.
