    On 10/3/21 and again on 5/11/22 my vudu account was charged for a movie for 19.99 and a rental for 2.99 without my permission and no one was home nor logged into the app from my family to make such purchases. I contacted vudu both times within a day or two of seeing the charge on my bank account. Both times I just received an automated reply saying they have received my email and will get back to me within 48 hours. I never heard back from them. I changed my password both times this happened and even changed email accounts the first time for my log in. No one in my family but me has the password. Also random roku accounts keep getting added to my device list, which I am pretty particular of setting up my device list with names. I constantly have to go in at least twice a week and deactivate random devices that keep getting added. I love using VUDU and have a lot of movies and tv series I have purchased but I will take the loss and deactivate my account if this keeps happening. I would like a refund for both the movie and the rental as I never approved of them. I want to avoid doing a dispute with my bank as then I would be issued a new debit card with a new number and that creates more work for me in having to update all my accounts it is attached to. An apology, refund for the movie and rental and maybe a better security system or some way to see what device purchased the movies and maybe a pin code for all purchased be required when signing up would be very nice instead of having that option on just the devices.

    I been locked out of my account that I haven't used for over 10 yrs. I requested to reset my password to the EMAIL THAT IS ON FILE. They are requesting my last 4 of my credit card that I used 10 years ago or the last three movies I purchase 10 yrs ago. They refuse to send an email so I can reset my password. Holding all purchase movies hostage. I have spoke to a customer service over the phone and to a agent online ******************, they both don't care if you cut ties with them. All I wanted to do was to use there service and they don't want a customer.

    I have been a customer of Vudu for a very long time. From time to time they update their software and when they do this, they remove the required PIN for purchase. The PIN is a great security feature but it doesn't work. My 5 year old son got a hold of the controller and click on the purchase with no PIN required. I sent in several request from customer service and have not heard back. It has been almost a month. My credit card is still on file and their is no possible way to remove the credit card on file online. Vudu needs to be able to allow the customer to remove the credit card on file. They also need to have their PIN requirement set so no future purchases can be made without the required PIN.

    My account was suspended without my knowledge and have received zero notice from company. I have spent over a ******** dollars building my movie library and would like my access reinstated or money back. I have not violated any yes and have been unsuccessful getting help on phone.

    Vudu upgraded their software and parental controls became disabled. My son with downs syndrome was able to watch inapropirate movies and purchase 53 movies as a result. Now I am strugling with them to get a refund or even a list of purchases. Their software only displays 5 yet I have 53 on my bank account.
