    On June 4th 2024 I placed a deposit of $2200 for an order for 1 Iron door 65"x96" and was told and written on my invoice it would be available with a lead time of mid August 2024. It is now April of 2025 with no door and or refund requested. Ever since September of 2024 I have been told 2 weeks more 2 weeks more. The management never wants to pick up a call or return messages. I have been patience every way possible the last 9 months! All I asked for at the end is my refund and even that is like pulling teeth and still have not received it 3 weeks later. No communication whatsoever and continue to get the run around as of yesterday April 9th.

    I ordered a door on 5/6/2024 and paid 50% of the door including installation costs. I was told it would likely be installed in October. I started checking back in September and it was repeatedly delayed. By January, I asked if i could cancel the order and get a refund and was told that I absolutely could. But that's when the games began. I was given an email address to request the refund. I sent a message on 1/23/25 and could not get a response. I made several calls to the business and they took messages but no one called me. Finally I called one day and reached a gentleman that said he was not the owner, but I believe he was. I found out from him that there is a form that I need to complete and told me to email again asking for that. Miraculously, that email was answered and i received the form. I immediately completed it and emailed it back as directed. This was 2/7/24. On 2/11, I emailed again asking for confirmation that my refund request was received and being processed. I did receive a reply stating "Confirmed!". Since that time, I have been ignored. The form does say to allow 30 days for the refund, so I did. On 3/22, 3/25, 3/28, and 3/31 I send emails with no reply. I also attempted to reach the store but they would just take a message or would be put on hold and no one would return (I waited upwards of 15 minutes at times). On 4/2, i spent over an hour trying to reach someone - had to call back 4 times. The receptionist tried to help me but has no authority to issue a refund. She did call accounting and got them to reply to my email. But the reply just said "We have just contacted the merchant processor waiting on their response for the confirmation. " - whatever that means. I have emailed twice following up on that asking for refund status; no reply.There is no refund pending on my credit card. Still waiting.

    On February 6, 2025, I paid $4,900 for a custom garage door with installation, promised within 4 weeks. The company has missed the deadline and gone silent despite repeated emails and phone calls. I sent a formal demand letter on March 18, 2025, requesting a refund. No response has been received.I am requesting a full refund of $4,900 due to breach of contract.

    I ordered a door and placed a deposit with the business for $1,900. They were to deliver the door within 3 weeks. It has now been six months and they kept delaying the delivery of the door. In January of this year they refused to take any calls and do not respond. I requested a refund in January and have not heard any response to my numerous calls and letters. The receptionist states that she is no longer able to talk to us and refuses to provide any refund or substantive response.

    On December 17th, 2024, we Zelled the company $2499 as a deposit for iron doors. The company came out and measured right away and we were told that we would receive the doors in mid January, 2025. We never received the doors. We were then told in mid February that we would receive the doors and that never happened. We were then told that we would receive our deposit back. It is now mid March, and nothing. The communication with the owner, ****, is very unprofessional. He is not following through with anything.

    Paid for a door by check in July 2023, it was supposed to be delivered April 2024. We have been patient with them every month since April 2024 as they lie to us telling us the door is on the way, when we give them a final chance they say oh its almost here its delayed in shipping. Delayed for nearly two years? Sent them demand letter, they ignored, called them for refund they said fill out refund form, provided them refund form they ignored it, had to call again and its now past the 30 business days. They continue to lie and delay, rude to you on the phone, even their lies dont make any sense. This is breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.

    On 12/08/2023 I paid Precise Iron Doors, *** (PIDI) $3485 as down payment for a pair of detailed iron doors. Lead time was to have the doors in ** by mid-to-end of May 2024, then on to **************, ** by mid-June ******* better coordinate with my local installer, I began calling PIDI on May 27, 2024. They had no information to share. No port of departure date, no ship name, no container no., no port of entry date.On 6/14/24, I was told the ship (no name) was expected to arrive end of July.On 7/7/24, I was told the doors would arrive in LA end of Aug.On 8/21/24, I was told the doors would be in LA at the beginning of Oct.On 9/25/24, I was told the doors would arrive at their warehouse by end of Nov.During this time I left messages several times requesting that the ** and Owner, Haik Pambuckchyan call me. **** was the gentleman who helped me place my order, but he has had no time for me since then.On 10/25/24, I was told the doors were shipping from *****. Arrive LA end of Nov.On 11/14/24, I was told my order was in Cont. 12. Shipping end of Nov. No ship name.On 12/17/24, I was told my order had shipped from ***** on 11/25/24. It would be in transit for 3 weeks, 2-3 weeks in customs, then 1 week at **** in-processing.On 1/22/25, I was told Batch 12 would arrive at end of Feb. Final Inspection 3-4 days, then ship to me in 3-9 days.On 2/11/25, the person I spoke with at PIDI had nothing.On 3/4/25, I was told Batch 12 had gotten mixed with Batch 11. No details. No ship name. No *** date. Obviously just more jibberish.On 3/7/25, I requested a Refund/Order Cancellation Form from PIDI. I received an acknowledge from PIDI, but I have yet to receive the actual ******* a patient person, but PIDIs refusal to return any of my calls, and to provide any typical shipping details, has caused me to lose all confidence in their ability to perform.

    August 27. 2024.. I ordered with them 3 garage doors and 1 front door.... according with them the garage doors are going to be delivered in 7-9 weeks according with the calendar in around end of October ,first weeks of November. But no one was delivered on that time,,, since that date,, I'm calling them almost every day, emailed them every week... He responded 3 times to my emails,, asking for more time,,, then,, they give us the last day to be resolve it on Wednesday March 12, th,, since that day ,, they not responded any more..

    Placed an order for iron doors 7/25/24 and was told the door would be delivered mid September. After September came and went reached out via email- no response.Called business who conveniently routes you to a receptionist who claims to have no access to information for orders, tracking, delivery etc. and that she is only the middleman. She then proceeds to tell us two weeks from the time called. Months and months of phone calls later every two weeks to follow up on the door which we are still told two weeks we finally ask to talk so someone else. The boss or **** as they call him is always conveniently with a customer and will have to call back and never does. Finally today 3/7/25 Im directed to a different male who stated between us he recommends I file a dispute with the bank. Basically so that they can continue to scam people robbing them of time, money, and unnecessary stress. I can see there have already been 13 pages of entries of customers stating the same issues. Please look into this and shut this business down. This is unacceptable and this country is better than that.

    Ordered 8 doors on 8.21.24 - paid half down $12,220.00 August ******* - Coordinated with ****** to Wire 50% deposit. Sent $12,220.00 required deposit to ********** Account Number : **********, Routing Number : *********, Business Address: *********************************** Was told Mid January delivery. Checked in Mid January and then they told me mid May. I said I can not wait that long to refund the transaction. I emailed & called several different times and different times of the day requesting to speak with Manager **** or any other manager. Always an excuse and never a return call or email even when they say they ******** I have no doors and I am out all that money. I will be taking them to court if I don't hear from them soon.
