    I place an order for foam inserts back in December of last year. I have not received any shipping information yet. 3 MONTHS. I have tried to contact the company numerous times and only occasionally got an email stating the item would be shipped the next Monday. They said that multiple times and never followed through. They have charged my card and now I cannot reach the company

    Was supposed to be delivered in December, but it wasnt, and the company has not responded to my last multiple attempts at email, instant messaging through the website and multiple phone calls.

    I ordered a case on June 30th of 2023 which had a description claiming shipment in 2 to 7 days. I emailed on June 1st to inquire about the delivery and was told on June 5th it would be shipped by the end of the week (by June 9th). I emailed on the 30th asking why it was not shipped and heard nothing.

    On March 18, I ordered and pre-paid over $400 for a shotgun case. Since then, they have been impossible to reach, either by phone or email or via their chat function on their website. I since have done more research on this company, and my worst fears are now confirmed. I have tried to cancel the order and I have tried to stop payment on my credit card.

    I made my purchase December 11th for $108, I got a generic response confirming my order and stating they would reach out to verify specifications if needed but that my order would take 3-4 weeks before it was shipped. I reached out January 12th because I haven't heard a single thing since the order was placed. After a few days of not getting an email response I tried contacting them through their online chat, calling and left voicemails. Going on week 6 now and still haven't had a single response since my order was confirmed.

    The costumer service is horrible. After the order was placed two weeks ago, I haven´t received any updates. I´m trying to contact them and they dont answer emails, phones calls or even the chats in the webpage. Super upsetting.

    Purchased from this company several times in 2021 and 2022. Foam products were great. However, difficult to get a hold of anyone. Had to cancel our last order on 2-1-2022 for order XXXXX. Had to contact several times to cancel. Then, when they finally confirmed it canceled, they never refunded my money back to my CC. Very disappointed with basic business 101 stuff.

    Ordered item on Aug XX XXXX, received an email on the 22nd saying the item has shipped, but every day I check, it still says that it is just the label that has been created, nothing has actually shipped. Today is Sept 2, 2022. I have written several emails asking for an update with no response, and I just now just tried to call their phone number and its a fake scam phone number saying that I won a gift card. I retyped it and called again just to double check. Same fake pre-recorded message each time. After checking here on the BBB for reviews, there are numerous people saying they went several months with no contact or a product form this company and are trying to get refunds of their own. I do not expect a product from this vendor, nor a response. It feels like a fake company. At this point, with no contact, I want nothing to do with this company. Listing a fake phone number is a huge red flag. I have started the refund process with Paypal.

The package was absolutely not lost in transit, it was NEVER SENT and they never responded to any inquiry as to the status of what was going on. It is a blatant lie to sit there and say it was lost in transit, and rather scummy to say the least. However, I did receive a refund, after i escalated the issue with Paypal, so the matter is technically solved on my end.

    I purchased 2 foam inserts from Cobra, and after finally receiving the product, found that both were not cut to the correct specifications and would not work at all. I've had countless emails sent to Liran in customer support and have not been able to seek resolution - first was to get replacement foam, and at this point I'm wanting a refund. I would have taken replacement funds without a refund but a lack of communication for over 2 weeks and no acknowledgement of the issue is very unprofessional and not the way to handle business. I'm filing a claim here because I cannot seem to get resolution communicating with the company on my own. It's too bad that others have had these exact issues reviewing their *** profile.
