Poor service. My system has been down for almost 2 months now, 6 calls talking to 5 different reps, no one can give me an answer when my inverter can be replaced. They kept blaming on each other and also their old and slow system. My first call too then was 3 years ago and waited for a year to have someone called us back, to a point I gave up. And now the inverter stopped working after 4 years, they ignored my request AGAIN. Go to BBB and you would know why their rating is so BADFreedom Forever, LLC

came banging on my door at 915 am ...........and I told them I worked all night. Guy said, Yeah I don't have a lot of time either in a rough manner. Would not leave, and know my name and info already. just relentless. I had to shut the door finally to get it to stop.Freedom Forever, LLC

They came and sold me solar, and lied to me the whole time. The whole process was not explained. I was promised some amazing things and was given not amazing things. When all was said and done, I still have an ****** bill unless I used over the amount that I brought in over the year. the contractor that put a new roof, was changed without my knowledge, delayed due the the change, the crew was rude, and broke items. I have asked many times for people to call me back and no one has called me back. I was put on hold and finally hung up two time after being on hold for more than an hour and a half. Only to be told today that I will alway have an Edison bill...which is not what I was told. I was not told that since the solar did not work at night ( I think everyone know that the sun does not shine at night) Edison would kick in then... I did not get what I was sold. And they do not provide anything in return since they lied to me and I still have an ****** bill. This company provides just enough information to trap people into getting solar.Freedom Forever, LLC

After several attempts to use the proper channels to get my issue with my solar panels solved, I have yet to get a resolution to my issue. Our solar panels don’t even have a year and unfortunately the inverter went bad. I understand systems go bad, but we never received any notifications from Freedom Forever to inform us that our solar panels were having issues. I found out when I noticed my electric bill being significantly higher than normal. Since I didn’t know what to do, I called ********* to better understand the issue. They informed me that there was an issue with the inverter and that the new inverter was delivered to Freedom Forever’s Texas warehouse a few days after ours went bad. I called Freedom Forever and they said that the inverter was in back order. I called again ********* and they shared with me the tracking information showing that the inverter had already been delivered at Freedom Forever’s site. I have asked to speak to a manager but I haven’t had the opportunity. At this point is over a month that my solar panels are not producing and I’ve been having to pay for a full electric bill plus the solar panels. Paying for solar panels and a full electric bill is not what we signed up for. This past month, with Texas current weather, my solar panels could’ve produce enough energy for me to not have an electric bill. This is totally unacceptable!! Freedom Forever will offer you the ski in order to buy from them the solar panels, but the true colors of a company are not really revealed until there’s an issue. And here I am, with solar panels that haven’t produced a watt of electricity for over a month and I can’t get any sort of support from this company. My recommendation is, seek for another company, do your research, don’t trust their sales people. Look for reviews and make your decision.Freedom Forever, LLC

I must say, this company's service is nothing short of a complete disaster; it's undoubtedly the worst company I could have ever imagined dealing with. Back in September 2022, I made the unfortunate decision to sign a contract with them, and what followed has been an absolute nightmare. Even after waiting for a grueling 10 months, there's still no ETA in sight for them to activate my system. Their communication is virtually non-existent. They went ahead and installed the panels in a completely different layout than what I had originally agreed upon, without even bothering to inform me. To add insult to injury, two random guys showed up unannounced on my roof to do some backfill tiles, and I had no clue what was going on. I've lost count of how many times I've called them, each time being promised that they would get back to me with updates. But guess what? Not a single callback ever materialized. It took them a staggering three months just to install the panels after removing my roof tiles, and another two months to backfill them. And guess what again? The backfilled tiles are a mess – not aligned, not leveled – just an eyesore. They have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. Broken tiles have been sitting in front of my garage, and the rest of the tiles have been stacked on my roof for nearly two weeks now, and it seems like they couldn't care less. In my desperation, I asked them to cancel the whole project to avoid risking my utility for the next 25 years without proper support. You know what their response was? A very quick resounding and heartless "NO" – not even a hint of empathy or understanding. Enough is enough! I've filed a complaint with the California Contractors State Licensing Board, but the wait for a response feels like eternity. In the meantime, I've had to resort to involving my lawyer, who is now preparing a lawsuit to force them to cancel this disastrous project.Freedom Forever, LLC

I must express my disappointment in the lack of meaningful engagement. It's concerning to note that your response is an exact duplicate of the one provided on my Google Review. It's worth mentioning that I promptly shared all the requested information and comprehensive details regarding the issues I've been facing. Regrettably, more than a week has passed since then, and I have yet to receive any viable solution. The only communication I received was an email, a week after I had supplied the information, indicating a potential future call. It's disheartening that despite my efforts to cooperate and provide the necessary information, no progress has been made toward addressing the ongoing concerns.James X

Freedom Forever's actions are nothing short of deceptive and unethical! Shockingly, despite my persistent reporting of issues, they chose to activate the system and falsely claim the project was completed. To make matters worse, they went ahead and informed the loan company of this supposed completion without my consent, all in a move to secure disbursement. This blatant disregard for my concerns and the audacious attempt to manipulate the situation for their own benefit is a testament to their lack of integrity. It's deeply disappointing to witness such behavior from a company that claims to provide reliable and customer-oriented service. In a shocking turn of events, their team incorrectly wired my pool circuit during activating system of this nightmare solar project. As a direct result of their mistake, my pool water was left stagnant and unfiltered for a staggering 5 days all during scorching hot weather. The repercussions of their negligence were exacerbated by their refusal to take responsibility, despite clear evidence linking their activity to the electrical issue. It's worth noting that my pool lost electricity immediately following their work, a fact that was conveniently denied by a member of their online support named AJ. This same individual also dismissed other problems such as my awning damage and the messy backfilled roof. I had no option but to call in a professional electrician to rectify their blunder. This level of irresponsibility is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. Such a lapse in basic electrical knowledge poses a significant risk not only to their customers' property but also to their well-being. It is unnerving to think about the potential consequences had I not taken I share this experience with the hope of cautioning others against entrusting their projects to Freedom Forever. Got the loan May 2022. Panels installed Oct 2022. Went live April 2023. Solar production is suddenly slowing down. We have a huge system, it doesn't produce anywhere near enough to cover the monthly payments. Tried contacting them and no answer for why the system is not working. We have lots and lots of sun. 1 starI explored the possibility of solar with an agent from Freedom Forever. As part of the exploration process, the agent had me log in to ****** loans to “see if I would qualify for a loan.” I was suspicious of the questions they were asking but the agent assured me that I was not applying for a loan, merely giving them permission to check my credit. I ultimately decided not to go with solar. However, a few months later I got a notice from my credit company that my score had dropped due to the $13,000 loan I took out with ******. I called ****** and they informed me that they had already sent Freedom Forever a payment for installation equipment! ****** agreed to cancel the loan and get the installation money back. When I tried to contact the agent who deceived me, I got no reply. I have been trying to get through to Freedom Forever to complain about this representative, and have now been on hold for more than an hour due to the volume of calls they have to deal with. I should not have had to do all this work to get out of a loan I didn’t agree to. The agent lied.
