    I previously left a one star review which I am unable to amend. An administrator from BigStub contacted my son and I and offered a full refund for the handicapped inaccessible tickets purchased. It was a fair, responsible, and kind resolution to our problem for which we are grateful. It demonstrates great integrity on the part of Big Stub. Thank you for helping us. To be clear- this was a refund in regard to handicapped (in)accessible seating, which is not designated on the ticket purchase so there is no way to prevent such a purchase mishap.

    Ordered tickets to the Lion King for my five year old. Two hours before the event they inform me my order cannot be fulfilled and refund me. Horrible and disappointing. I guess if you buy tickets through them it’s simply a gamble if whether you will receive them or not.

    This company has multiple web log ins! They are misguiding and are thieves! I lost 500 dollars and they do not back their customers! I do not recommend them because they lie and ate internet thieves

    We reviewed your order and see that you purchased tickets on April 20th for an event that is still upcoming on August 8th. On July 29th, you contacted us requesting a refund due to a change in your plans. While we understand that plans can change, that does not entitle you to a refund for a valid, fulfilled order.
    Our website clearly states—before, during, and at checkout—that we are a resale marketplace and that all sales are final. In fact, this "all sales are final" policy is an industry-wide standard for the purchase of live event tickets. These terms are displayed multiple times, including directly above the "Place Order" button. You agreed to these terms when completing your purchase.
    We responded promptly and professionally to your emails, reiterating our policies. As previously explained, we are unable to cancel or refund your order. If you're unable to attend, we're happy to offer suggestions for reselling your tickets.

    I bought a single ticket, just a few days in advance of the performance. I am over 65 years old and have seldom purchased theater tickets online. The BigStub process was reasonably clear; I successfully completed the purchase, downloaded the necessary app, and was able to show my e-ticket to the staff at the theater. I felt quite accomplished!

    I purchased two tickets with BigStub for the first time and I’m finding them to be a scam. They want me to wait 6 months until the day before the performance to get what I’ve already paid $769 for. I have never done business like this and I would have never agreed to these terms had I known before. They keep insisting all sales are final. Lastly, the tickets I purchased from them were not accurately represented and are twice as much than seats currently being sold in a far better area. I am thoroughly disappointed and feel ripped off??My rating is zero stars had that been an option.

    We understand your concern, J***. However, all sales are final, and the delivery timeline was clearly shown during checkout. Unfortunately, venues and event organizers control when tickets are released, which is often just before the event. Tickets may arrive earlier, but this process is outside our control.     What a great venue!!
    Tyrus opening guy (Kevin) was terrific! We’d go see him if he had his own show?? and Tyrus was just absolutely the BEST!! Down to earth as always and smart ….we’ll be sure to go to another shop if he comes back to Florida!!

Generally, our platform operates as a ticket resale marketplace where independent sellers list tickets at market-driven prices, which can be above or below face value depending on demand.

    Very easy to use. I’m 77 and always think I probably need to speak directly to a person. I learned I absolutely do not. This was quick, but allowed me to look over and think of the details without any pressure. All very easy to complete!
