  11-3-2021:My neighbor is getting ready to build next door and he and I decided to put up a Concrete block wall, between our two properties. My neighbor found ***. I have felt uncomfortable with the process because although my neighbor will tear his house down (and then build a new one to sell) and move away; I will still be here. So I wanted a permit pulled. Guess what? Wish I did. I would love to pay my half of the bill, but *** refuses to meet with me to walk the job.There are some things I feel need remedied. They are difficult for me; but easy for *** and it is not too much to ask for. We had an appointment set for this morning at 09 am, and he did not show up or call to cancel. (But I got a call from his attorney) *** left my side of the yard by the wall very un-even and he left one of the old fence posts there that he said he would cut down, and he left a lot of rough holes from when he cut thru my concrete driveway and it broke/chipped off. I think driveway can be repaired by him as he does concrete, but now, because I asked him for proof that he paid his supplier and proof that my neighbor paid him and proof that he paid his guys (after my neighbor sent me a text while i was at work that *** will put a lien on my house) now this? I want to pay him. But he has already hired an attorney and he just finished with the job yesterday, 11-2-2021. I keep calling, *** =no answer. I need his e-mail address if anyone has it. BBB gave me *************@gmail.com but my e-mail bounced back to me. I hope we can get this resolved and i can get him paid, my half. He has yet to provide a Final Invoice to me; or any release of lien information. I don't find him very professional business-wise and person-person wise. I cannot recommend. and I feel bad about that. I need for *** to contact me, directly. Not his attorney. I would like for him to finish the job to my satisfaction and then i will pay my half.
