I bought the Nano gun system last June while in training at my salon. When taking online classes the gun itself started smoking and stopped working. The instructor assured me all was ok and immediately had a new gun sent out to me. After receiving the new gun, took another training session, was told I could throw away the old gun as it did not work. The new gun worked while taking the class. As I was still in training at my salon I did not use it again or offer extension services. Recently I felt comfortable enough to feel that I could offer these services with my enhanced skills as a stylist. Started to use the gun for the second time ever and it would not even start up. I informed the HairDreams rep named **** and she said it was the transformer box and they would get me a new one sent out, but corporate would need to call me. They did not, I emailed again and then I was called by another lady who said **** was on vacation. She then informed me that I could send in all of my equipment for a partial refund if any. I was also told that I owed them money for the gun that burned up because I was supposed to have sent it back even though the instructor told me to to toss it. They offered to have me send back in the equipment to be repaired and I explained that I have not been able to actually use this equipment for any self gain and I am too nervous to offer it if my equipment is unreliable and faulty? I would prefer to get my money back. The lady on the phone stated that she would then have to ask someone else in corporate although she assured me that she was a manager and that they would call me back. They have yet to call me back or contact me via email. I have no issues with sending back all of the supplies and the current equipment that was sent to me. I feel this is unreliable product and I do not feel that I was treated respectfully or that the company wanted to really correct the issue. Dear BBB,
We thought we had resolved this issue actually and had instructed her to send back the equipment and we would issue a refund, so we are not sure where the misunderstanding occurred.
We are reaching out again and going to provide her a return ***** label to send back the equipment on our expense and then once received, we will issue a full refund.Kind regards,

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They did not act until I made a complaint. As I said in my complaint they said they had to get back to meand did not. I appreciate the efforts of the BBB in helping me to resolve the matter. I will be sending back my equipment and will expect the full refund that they have promised. Thank you.

This business promised that their hair was of superior quality and said again and again on their website and in their certification materials how amazing their hair is. So I fell for it hook line and sinker and had several clients use their hair extensions (nanos specifically). The dates are as follows that I purchased hair from Beauty Hair Trading: March 9, 2022- ******** March 25, 2022- ******* April 4, 2022- ******** April 18, 2022- ******* April 21, 2022- ******* May 2, 2022- ******* June 10, 2022- ******* My clients that have these in their hair are extremely unhappy with the quality, especially for the price (as am I) and are asking me for refunds. I have contacted my Hairdreams rep and have not gotten a response.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/29) */ The technical reason for the product issue is still undetermined and will require more investigation and possible testing, however we have mutually agreed to and resolved the matter by issuing a full refund for the product purchased. The refund was issued as a company check sent****** on 08/29/2022.
