5 starsAs a patient looking for answers and reassurance this web site contains more info than you can imagine. It helped me find out more about my condition and select a a rock-star surgeon. I had searched the internet looking for help from a site with guidance and this one has now become a regular check in for me being six weeks post op now. 5 starsI stumbled upon heartvalvesurgery.com while researching Mitral Valve surgery, as I was told one was in my future. I was happy to find the site and spent much of last night watching videos with value repair surgeons. I learned so much, I now feel confident about what I need to ask potential surgeons. 5 starsI am so fortunate to have come across "Heart Valve ***********" last week. I was scheduled for Open Heart Surgery yesterday and was extremely worried about it. I have never had any symptoms over the past 15 years as my cardiologist and surgeon have monitored my heart with yearly echoes and examinations. I need two valve replacements and two bypasses. When I watched a news story on television about less invasive surgery, I followed up with emails to Heart Valve ***********, I was given a list of doctors to contact and videos to watch. I am now in the process of sending my radiology reports to a physician at the * of ******* to see if I am a candidate for a less invasive surgery. The person at Hear Valve *********** is so empathetic and has already reached out to the * of C to help expediter the process. 5 starsI stumbled upon heartvalvesurgery.com while researching the top Cardio-Thoracic surgeons and heart centers offering MV repair options. I was blown away by the breadth and depth of information available to educate me not only on my specific valve condition but also the various surgical treatments available to consider when selecting the right center. The thought of having heart surgery can be overwhelming and unnerving but I have to honestly admit, after viewing a specific webinar on this site with the actual surgeon Im hoping to conduct my surgery, I immediately felt a sense of ease and my worry disappeared. 5 starsHeart Valve *********** is a wealth of information for both patients and caregivers. When I was diagnosed, I was scared and confused. This website helped educate me so much. The website also offers tools to help connect with other patients experiencing the same or similar diagnoses, doctor finder and so much more. An informative newsletter is also sent out periodically. I am not at the point where I need surgery yet, but when that day comes, I know I will be a better informed patient because of Heart Valve ***********.HeartValveSurgery.com

Everything is presented in an easy to learn format, with many videos interviewing the top surgeons in the country and around the world. It's been a great way to understand your particular heart issue, treatment options and finding the very best surgeons and heart centers. In my case it's been so incredibly informative and comforting in that there are great surgeons performing what was formerly considered miraculous on an almost routine daily basis.
