    Dogtra will NOT warranty their products. I have a 1900S that has intermittent issues. I sent the unit in for repair at my cost and their techs could not duplicate the issue. I sent them a video and pictures of the issues I was having and Dogtra customer support has quit responding to all of my emails.

    Hello *******,I was surprised to see this review, as the last time I corresponded with you I informed you we would turn around *********** quickly, and we did. Our warranty is 1 year from purchase. Even though your 1900S had gone over the year, we paid to have it shipped back to us for inspection and repair. Our technicians were unable to replicate the issue, so as per your request we sent it back to you, again free of charge. When you received it, you spoke with one of our CSR's and told him about broken contact points. He shipped you contact points, free of charge, on 3-22-24. We have not heard from you since then, so I am unsure as to why you say we have stopped responding. If you would like to reach out to me personally, I would be more than happy to see what else I can do for you. Sincerely, ********************* ************
