      I purchased an alkaline water system for $3180 on August 16, 2022, via a digital business platform. This business platform is committed to a decent earning by buying this system and boosting the business. However, the system only paid if I searched for multiple new members who would purchase similar or higher-priced items from the business platform. They do not mention that I need to make a new member at the beginning, i.e., they falsely sell us products and force us to sell to new people to recover our investment, let alone earnings. They have a very short window to return or replace and most of the people will not figure out what they should do within this timeframe. Also, the restocking fee and return fee are insanely high, so most of the buyers do not want to return them.The business platform which basically are individual members, are falsely selling the product after they are trapped in the ********** marketing scheme. I wanted my refund from them.

      I bought my Kangen water machine last Nov as a gift for my husband and had it installed in Jan. I used a recommended Kangen plumber, so I know it was installed correctly. Almost right away I started having issues which I documented to my sales person. On and off the water started tasting fishy, oily, and like chlorine. The panel also stopped working consistently. I called my plumber to make sure it was installed right and it was. I changed the filter and followed all the maintenance requirements to no avail. I then had my house water tested to see if maybe that was the issue, this is a new house we just built. There were ZERO issues and incidentally when the machine wasn't hooked up our water tasted just fine. I then started contacting Enagic.I had a very hard time getting ahold of someone and when I finally did the guy I spoke to was beyond rude, insisting my water must be the issue. When I explained my water was tested he didn't care. Finally after insisting they agreed to look it. They sent it back, CHARGED me a maintenance fee and said there was no problem. I hooked the machine back up optimistic that any issues had been resolved, but within days the taste was back. I reached out again and again went weeks without getting a response. I reached back out to the person that sold it to me and she reached out to them. She was ASSURED by a guy named **** that I would be sent a replacement. When I followed up with him he told me they actually wouldn't be replacing my machine because my water was the problem. I again assured him my water was fine. Finally I get an email from him saying that he found out there is actually a known issue, and if your home water is a certain PH it is not compatible with their machine. He then wrote that he is ashamed of his company because this is not disclosed, but the company was still unwilling to do anything but take my machine back in to look at again which is a fruitless gesture since they found nothing wrong with it the first time.

There is a known issue with these machines and certain water and this is not reported anywhere. I now have 2 different people that have confirmed this issue. My machine is unusable at this point.

      I got a call a few months ago regarding that I owe money to them for a product I did not buy. They had my name and email but I did not buy any products from this company. They sent me an email with the invoice and an address with a ************** address I have never seen before (I live in ****) and my name was spelled wrong. I told them it was identity theft/fraud and that I was filing a dispute for it. I used identitytheft.gov to submit the dispute and emailed them the letter that indetitytheft.gov told me to email to this company. Fast forward to today (9/19/23) I have gotten a call from them after blocking their number and they left me a voicemail. Leave me alone! I did not buy your products and have already submitted identity fraud claims with forms to you. I have no obligation to pay them under the law as I did not purchase the items from you, but someone else did under my name and information. I was told to let them know within 30 days of the original phone call to dispute that I did not purchase it so I emailed their head of department and I got no email back. They are just trying to scare tactic me and that illegal, I know my rights and like I said I have already filed with identitytheft.gov and I have the papers.

      Enagic USA negligently hires, trains, screens, supervises &/or instructs employees to financially mismanage customers banking ************* random people for money in violation of Title18 U.S.C. 873 & the Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. 227. I do not have an account number to be eligible topurchase products from Enagic USA. I have never had a business relationship with **************************** never provided them my phone number or address. Nor have I ever given Enagic USA prior express invitation or permission, in writing or otherwise to contact me.However, on numerous occasions, Employees of Enagics ***************************************************************** have attempted to force me to pay them by making threats to send me to collections, ruin my credit, & file court action against me if I dont pay them $. Their actions are believed to be in clear violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. 227 & extortion pursuant to Title18 U.S.C. 873.Enagic employees negligently contend that Ive disputed charges from a Discover card ending in ****, & that im committing fraud. I have never owned a Discover card. They are also sending me merchant dispute emails with my info on it. Obviously, financial mismanagement exists at Enagic USA to the point they deliberately or not, mishandle peoples financial information in a way that can be characterized as "wrong, bad, careless, inefficient or incompetent." The aforementioned mishandling shall reflect negatively upon the financial standing of Enagic USA.I demand a cease and desist on Enagic USAs illegal conduct, and I hope Enagic terminates the egregious- unethical employees involved. At all relevant times, Enagic had policies (Business Conduct pg.6, Sect. 4) in place that prohibited discourteous, deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral conduct or practices.       The only unsolicited contact that was made by Enagic to the complainant was regarding a debt that was owed. The complainant claimed that the debt was not his and would be disputing the charge with his bank/credit card company. No further unsolicited contact has been initiated by Enagic.Regarding the litany of allegations that the complainant is reporting, we have no evidence of any of that ever taking place or having any basis in reality.Regarding complainant's request for a monetary gift in the amount of $5,000 ("Desired Settlement"):Enagic chooses not to participate.

      Enagic sent very aggressive letters starting in May 2023 that I owed $181.58 for a water filter that I never ordered or bought from Enagic. When I called the contact on the letter, ***************************, ************, she claimed that a filter was purchased under my name and address and paid for with a credit card ending in ***** and with an email of ************************* who later disputed the charge with the credit card company and got the charge reversed. I informed her that I do not have a credit card ending in *****, nor is that my email address, and it was clearly a case of identity fraud with someone claiming to be me. However, ****************** was very threatening and said she "did not know what steps her manager would take." I will also file a police report for identity theft, and I suspect further investigation would show that the name on the credit card ending in ***** is not mine at all but can lead to the person responsible. In the meantime, Enagic should not be going after the victims of identity theft with their aggressive collection tactics. They should focus on working with police to identify the culprits as well as insuring themselves against such scams.

      I am rejecting this response because: The Enagic company did not take any of the requested resolution measures, such as admitting to trying to shakedown individuals like me who never had any business transaction with them or cancelling any related fraudulently-created accounts. The Enagic company only provided BBB with a stock "contact our *********************** response, which is wholly inadequate. I do not require any assistance from Enagic's *********************** as I already spoke to that department at length, and that is the department perpetuating unethical and possibly fraudulent business practices which led to my BBB complaint in the first place. I categorically deny, as evidenced by the police report I filed, ever having any business transactions with Enagic and request that they stop contacting me immediately. Enagic claims that someone impersonating me made a purchase of their product and then disputed the credit card charge, allegedly prevailing in that dispute and getting a credit. Upon hearing this, I immediately filed an identity fraud police report, as I have never and will never have any business transactions with Enagic. As with all credit card disputes, the next logical step would be for Enagic to engage the credit card company in question with any evidence that Enagic believes shows it is *********** the original credit card charge perpetrated by the imposter. Or Enagic can file its own police report if it feels it has been victim to fraud. Enagic should NOT contact me again as the victim of identity fraud and should cancel any fraudulently-created accounts in my name. As Enagic's BBB response is in essence non-responsive, I reject it.

      Enagic has confirmed that no fraudulent credit card activity was generated by the company, and no attempts were made to contact the company--the complainant merely had a change of heart. However, Enagic is still hopeful that some sort of agreement can be reached. To that end, the company has reached out to and is currently in communication with the complainant.

      On November 23rd 2021 I was lured into a digital marketing by someone. Little did I know that in order to continue the so-called digital business, I have to purchase products from Enagic USA in California. I asked why and I was told that it is part of the training with them in order to move ahead to the next level. The distributor pushed me to buy ****** **** worth of ********** I asked her for lower amount for a start, but she said it's advisable to purchased that amount, and besides, she said the products very good for all kinds of health issues. And that the products is very effective for clearing pimples and make the skin spotless and that I will start seeing better clear skin result in my skin with few days to a week. On top of that, she said I can sell the products to people and make money. She said that is why it is advisable to purchase the ****** **** worth ********** I started using the immediately I received it in December through January of 2021 but, I did not see any result at all. Then, I contacted her that I cannot sell the products to people since I did not see any result at all. For this reason, I'll like to return the products and be ******** my full amount. At first, she said she will contact them and initiate the return and refund process. But she started **************** and later said I should contact Enagic USA by myself. I contacted them severally via phone and left messages, but they did not respond to my phone calls and voicemail messages. When nothing is forthcoming from Enagic, I filled for dispute with my credit card company why they try to do all they can, and after many months of dispute I was told by my credit card company that the Enagic USA is not willing to refund my money and it was suggested that I contact BBB. Please help me intervene, I want my money in the amount of ********* back, it is not easy to work and earn money in this hard time. The tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX.       I am rejecting this response because: After making more than several 
      efforts to reach the merchant regarding the products they claimed works wonders does is inaccurate description of the products and does not worth $2,000 that was charged to my credit card.  The merchant failed to respond to my request to refund the money. I am willing and was willing to return their products. However, the merchant refused to respond.  All I want is get  the whooping amount of $2,000, my money back to the original payment method.  It is sad that this merchant mislead people like me and lured me into buying products they claimed works but does not work. Please look into it so that I can have $2,000 back.

      Transaction was done on July 27, After it was done I got an email from them and was assigned a coach Name **** ** ****** Before I paid any money I checked the policy, and it specifically said money back guarantee within 30 days I told **** I had just had surgery less than a month and was recovering, she wanted money and had no compassion, when I asked for a refund and submitted it, She immediately remove me from the ** group and ********** me from *** They also said no inventory to invest in as well, but when some one joins, they asked you to buy almost ***** dollars in inventory before you are totally in the system, that is misleading and misinformation. I have asked for my refund within the time frame. and no positive response from these people, all they said was I had already talked to this coach and has refuse to return my money in the amount of ****** Please help me get my money back from these people. Ms. ****** communicated via her email of 08/10/2022 that she understood the situation and thanked us for our assistance. Additionally, she indicated that she would instead be pursuing action against the actual offending individual/entity and was in the process of securing a refund directly from her bank.       I brought the water filter system called ******* *** The sell person did not provide all the information about the system and return policy. She told me that the system can filter out all the chemicals, pollutant, and whatever the water and make the water drinkable. I told her that I have tried many water filtering systems but non of them seems to work. She promised and guaranteed that her system will be the last one that I will ever buy. She confirmed that she is also using the same system at home. She also said that it doesn't work she will take the system back and give me a full return. After she promise to let me return the system, I really wanted to have a working water filtering system. I was so excited when the system arrived. I immediately install the system and tested the water. It is so disappointing to find that the filtered water has the same contaminant as the tap water. The gage shows number of Total Dissolved Solids (DTS) is over 270 DTS which is the same as the water came straight from the tap. I sent the image of the gage with the DTS number via Facebook to justify my complain and the reason why I want to return the system. She refused to accept my return and referred me to her supervisor. The supervisor told me that I need to have another filter that filter the city water before filter with Leveluk K8. I told her that the sell person did not tell me that. If she had told me that, I wouldn't have brought the system because I don't have a filtering water system. She finally accepted the filter back. It cost me almost 100 dollars to send the system back. It took the company over two months to credit my credit card. They charged me $935 because there was water went through the system. I told them it's only way to find out if the system is working or not. Now they refuse to return 935. Enagic is not honest by not fully disclosed the return policy. I would like to get the 935 back.
