    I cannot emphasize enough how bad of an experience we've had with this company. On August 8th 2024 we purchased an e-bike, which arrived on August 10th. The box was missing assembly instructions (and they weren't available online for our specific model), parts were poorly packaged, and other parts were damaged (a critical s**** was stripped which made it impossible for us to attach the front wheel). We decided to request a return the next day, based on all of these issues. It took over a week for the request to be approved, and in the meantime, representatives were slow to respond to our emails and almost never responded to phone calls. Our refund request was finally approved on August 19th, and we were explicitly told that we would receive an email from SixThreeZero as soon as the bike made it back to their warehouse (it also says this on the returns website). We were also told that after arriving at their warehouse, a refund would take 7-10 business days to process. The bike made it back to them on August 21st. It is now August 29th, we have called them repeatedly and sent several emails and they still haven't confirmed receipt of the bike. This was an expensive purchase for us, they are holding our money hostage and refusing to communicate with us. They sent us a bike with broken parts and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, which poses a legitimate safety risk. And we are just trying to make sure that we receive our refund by September 9th, which is 10 business days after August 21st. We shouldn't have to send emails and leave voice messages every day, just for them to confirm what the ***** tracking info says (and again, to be clear, even the returns website states that they would email us as soon as the bike arrives back to their warehouse). From the moment the bike arrived to us, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Stay far away from them. They send out defective products, and they provide the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    The ebikes are the real issue. They have the most limited warranty and I see now that's for a reason. Whenever a part fails, and they will fail, you have to go through a back and forth with support to get the right part for your particular bike. At which point there will either be an inventory delay or whatever to buy them time, then you'll receive your part in the mail. It'll be covered in glue, cobbled together hastily to try to make the delivery window, and it won't be the right part. You'll then complain, they'll refund you your money, and then you'll never hear from them again. You'll go to school, get a degree in electrical engineering to repair your electric bike yourself, and you'll rue the day you ever made that purchase of an ebike because of a cute instagram ad.

    I ordered a Rickshaw Bicycle. Great customer service from start to finish. This company has been extremely responsive to every question I have had. We broke the brake light while assembling the bike. I reached out to the company to ask to order a replacement. They sent another one out free of charge even though it was 100% our mistake. The bike has been a very fun and smooth ride.

    Non existent customer service. Don't carry parts for their own bikes but push to sell them over and over. Three weeks of waiting for a reply to find a tire on a bike I bought from them. Every ticket says 'within 48 hours' to reply. When I did get one reply two and a half weeks later, it was to ask me which bike it was. I told them which bike it was in the initial email. It's just a ploy to delay. I have been in customer support for almost 30 years, and these guys are just playing games. Do not trust them with your money. I would give zero stars if I could.

    I guess I should have been warned about this company from the reviews on BBB. I am very disappointed in this company. After paying a lot of money for a **** electric bike and waiting a while to receive it. When I started to unwrap this bike I noticed dents in the frame and paint scrapped off. I was going to over look that for a good bike however that was not the case. Not only do the direction **** and the videos even worse the parts do not fit together well. The front break would not fit straight making it run during a ride. The seat and brakes do not tighten down. But worst of all the electrical system for my electric bike does not consistently stay connected making it useless to bike to work. When contacting the company the denied my request to return due to the 30 day policy, I was six days over due to weather keeping me from taking it on a long ride. Im not sure how a company can get away with selling a product that does not work. But I will be looking it other actions to take if they can not come to reason on their mistake.
