      Ive had two payment of $182 pulled out of my account from this company. I had no clue what you guys were but Ive changed debit cards twice now. I would like all my money back.

      I had to cancel my extended warranty with Vanguard Vehicle Armor in the summer or 2022 due to the vehicle was totaled in a MVA. Up to this day i still have not received my refund that over $1000. Ive been calling them over and over again and i just get the same answer when its available we will cut the check and mail it to you if i ask for a supervisor they tell me they are the floor manager/supervisor i ask for the finance department phone number and im told im no longer a customer so they cant provide the number. *** asked for emails for higher *** and just get the same answers im the highest on the floor at the time theres no one else to speak to or transfer to. I just want my money back, this is not how customer service is. Ive worked for different companies doing customer service and theres always a way to reach a higher up or corporate or someone that wont read the same script and can help. Since they just repeat the same answer i have repeated myself i need someone higher up or a way to reach someone else that is not customer service and i just get hung up on. Waiting this long i should get all my money back since i never even used them.

      Hello this is in regards to a automobile warranty contract #ERMXD949107. See attachment for more details. The warranty was purchased by my mother who is deceased as of 2/22/22. As the beneficiary of the warranted vehicle, I contacted the warranty company and had the contract changed to ************************* instead of *******************************. Then I immediately decided to cancel the policy because money was still owed on it. The agent told me that I would received a prorated refund that never came. I have called the company at least times to get a status and request a refund. After about 1-year of waiting they told me they are still backed up from Covid. Now it is almost 2-years and I still have not received a refund.My request is for an immediate full refund or the amount paid for the contract. Alternatively, I would accept a warranty reinstatement of the policy.

      $168.71 on Friday, November 24th, 2023 an automatic charge was on my account without my authorization. I spoke to my dealership and now aware that this a full scam and would like my money completely refunded. On thanksgiving day I woke up to my money being snatched right out of my pockets.

      I purchased this contract around September. I was late on a payment so I spoke to a representative on November 13 2023 named ******. He said he would start my purchase date November 13 if I wasnt happy Id be able to get refunded I called November 14 2023 to cancel my policy Called every week since November 14 and Ive been told I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund. I just now called today they told me I was not eligible for a refund because I had called 30 days after my policy to cancel they have phone records of my calls, so I dont understand why they arent able to refund me every time I call and ask about my refund ***** hangs up on me. I never once even used this policy. Ive never received any email or anything of the mail in the cancellation of this policy. I dont know whats going on. Please help me.

      November 2017, I receive a sales call from a rep. of Vanguard Vehicle Armor. The guy asked if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my 2015 GMC. I agreed to purchase the warranty. On that day, I paid a $100 deposit toward the extended warranty for my 2015 GMC *********************** truck. On that same day, I sent the rep. a picture of my truck and the odometer reading which at that time was only ****** miles. ****** our conversation, I informed the rep. my truck came from the factory with a Southern Comfort lift kit. I purchased my truck brand new just as it was in the picture with a 3 year ****** bumper to bumper warranty which included the factory installed lift kit. Rep. completed my purchase of the warranty and within a week, I received the attached card that included by Contract #REC002076, VIN#, and expiration date 12/20/2023/76,000 miles. Nov. 2023, my air conditioner, heated seat, and brakes presented issues. Took my truck to ************************, ** to be fixed. Vanguard was notified, sent an Inspector to GMC, Inspector took pics of issues and filed a report for repairs. A rep. from Vanguard contacted me to say they were cancelling my warranty because my truck had a lift kit. After speaking with numerous Vanguard reps. over a four day period without one single returned call, an explanation, or repairs covered on my truck, I demand a full refund for this warranty. My truck currently has only ****** miles and I have never used this warranty. My claim was denied and I am told the company is cancelling my warranty. Vanguard stated I should have never been given the warranty due to the lift kit. The lift kit was factory installed, the claim doesn't involve the lit kit, and Vanguard refuses to pay. Vanguard will not return my calls. I called numerous times each day to be told my warranty is in review. My warranty expires 12/20/23, and I believe this company is attempting to delay any action until the warranty expires.

      Vanguard refuse to replaced the engine on my 2014 kia ***** from ************************* in summer of 2020. The company advised the dealership the condition was preexisting. I was paying on the vehicle warranty at the time. Due to vanguard not repairing the engine I had to surrender my vehicle. Result in my credit score going down tremendously. Three years later I can't get a decent vehicle. I would like for the company to refund me all my payments. I didn't file a complaint early because I got an eviction I was living place to place. Losing my vehicle affected my living situation dramatically.

      I paid this company $3,297 for a car warranty so far I've only used the Warranty 1 time since I purchased it on 7/8/2019. My warranty is still active. I took my car to ******************** on Monday July 24 2023. I gave the dealership ship my warranty info. I get a call from the assistant car service department stating he could not reach anyone and kept getting the run around and placed on hold for 45 mins. Every number he was referred to call had long hold times, when he finally got someone from maintenance ***** they told him to call customer service. He personally called them from Monday the 24th up untill today Thursday the 27th 2023, so he asked if I could try and reach someone, since Monday 24th I have callEd this company a total of 47 times since Monday it is now Thursday and my car has been at ****** for three days, every time I call im transferred to either maintenance or claims department which I've been doing since Monday the 24th once I finally got to talk to customer service for the complaint/claims **** an customer assistance person name ***************** up on me. I have been transferred soo many times,and every number I've found and called ended up transferred me back to customer service (who already transferred me to the department. Every phone number is listed as the same number ************** which is customer service who can only transfer you to maintenance or claims. I called so many times I reached the same representative that I had talked to on Monday, He stated, **************** I see you called quite a few times, and he apologized for having to transfer me again.i took my car to ****** on Monday the 24th its now Thursday the 27th and me nor the dealership have gotten a call back when we finally speak to some they state they would email A supervisor and a supervisor would call me back the same day(Monday) its now Thursday and no one has returned any of my calls I was told twice that someone would call me back, *********** and the customer serv. Awful
