    It has now officially been over a month since I initially contacted ILYM Group for a check re issue for the ************************************* even emailed them again for a follow up on the issue & have gotten no response. The time I called, I waited 8 ********* there was no answer so I gave up. I just want the check to be reissued, no one else I know that was part of the settlement is missing their ********* got a letter so I know im supposed to get one.

    I can only see one instance where you called in to our company, and you only waited on hold for 6 minutes before hanging up, so we have not been given the chance to assist you before this complaint was filed, unfortunately. I would like to help you with the reissue, but you did not provide an address in your complaint to send the check to.     In the future, our phone number is ************, and we are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, PST.  You can call us or email me directly for help, rather than using this public complaint board which hurts our company, when we would love to help you if you gave us the opportunity to.

    Have not heard back from settlement group they sent me a letter and I need them to call me back or email me involving a settlement that my previous employer was involved in

    I checked and can see you that you called in about two weeks ago, but hung up before anyone was able to help you or before you could leave a message, so we did not know to call you back. The form you filled out on our website was for updating addresses, not for our company to return a phone call. 

    I looked you up in our system but was not able to find you as a class member on the ***** class action settlement.I found you in our system from an older case of ***** v AMTCR **********, which we sent a check to you in 2021 for. I checked the original data we received from ***** and confirmed that they did not include you as a potential class member. If you think this is incorrect, and you were supposed to be included, please send me an email at ******************************** and provide me with the following information:

    - Legal Name
    - Approximate dates of employment with *****
    - Position held at *****
    - Hourly or salary pay
    - Current home address
    - Best contact phone number

    We can provide this information to class counsel and attempt to have you included as a late addition to the class list. There is no guarantee that anybody can be added, as thefinal date for any changes to be made to the class was 7/25/2025, but we can always try.

    I am supposed to be receiving a check from the and every time I try to get any answers from this company there is no response. I have reached out to them via email as well and have not received any reply back.

    Hello *******,

    I checked our phone records and can only find one instance where you pressed 0 to speak with someone, and that was today at 9:54. You waited on hold for a couple of minutes and then hung up before we were able to answer and help you, so I'm not seeing where there has been no response from us. I see times you called on 11/12/25 but hung up after 2 seconds, 11/29/25 but hung up after 13 seconds, and then again on 12/4 but never pressed 0 and hung up after 2 minutes. We haven't been given a chance to help you before this complaint was filed, but we would like to help and make sure you get they money you're owed!

    Can you please send me an email at ******************************** and please let me know what case you were involved in, so that I may re-issue your check since you haven't received it yet?

    I am supposed to be receiving a check from a Class Section Lawsuit and Everytime I try to get any awnsers from this company there is no response.

    I contacted them a couple of months ago to see when the my check would be dispersed they let me know from October to December I tried to check online to see the case it no longer is showing it on there so Im assuming they already sent out the checks for this case. Me and my wife have tried to call them multiple times a day multiple times these past couple of week and let them know I got a change of address and havent received the check I left a voice mail and I have gotten no response and when Im waiting on hold it just hangs up saying there is to many people on the line waiting i would like to get this resolved but it seems like they do not know how to answer

    We're sorry you haven't received your check. I looked into our phone records and see that you left us a voicemail yesterday, and you are on the queue to be called back within 72 hours, but I will remove you from queue since you filed this complaint before we had a chance to call you back.

    The checks for the case of **** ***** v ***** **** Lasalle will be mailed to all class members on December 8, 2025. After taxes were deducted, your check ends up being $1,322.08. We have the address on file the same as the address you provided to BBB, so the check will be sent to the correct place. Please allow 1-2 weeks after December 8 for the checks to be delivered by the post office.

    I am part of a lawsuit settlement of Lane vs Hub Group. I'm entitled to a check back paying my overtime. I have reached out to ILYM 3 times via phone call, left voicemail and 3 emails in the last week. Nobody responded or picked up. I need my check to be re-issued to a different address asap!

    I am seeking clarification on when the settlement checks are going to be mailed. I have been trying to reach the business via phone with no response. The case is not listed on their website and I can not find any information using MD case search. I do see it was real case online , however as a person who suffers from severe anxiety. I don't want to be anticipating something that isn't going to happen. I just would like a call back as soon as possible!

    Good morning ******,

    I checked in to why we weren't able to help you when you called in, but can only see that you called in to the information line about the case a few times last week and over the weekend, and then you called our office this morning, but unfortunately it was before we were open. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, from 9am-5pm PST. We would be happy to help you if you called between those hours. In any case, this case is set for checks to be mailed to all class members on 11/21/2025.

    This case was brought because its alleged that the ******************************** was rounding payroll to the nearest 15 minute increment, which is a violation of wage and hour laws. In the independent review, they found that you were underpaid by a small amount, resulting in your settlement payment being $38.74 gross, and $31.89 after tax deductions. 

    I have confirmed that the address we have on file where your check will be sent is the same as provided in this complaint, but please allow 1-2 weeks delivery. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me at ********************************* I'm always happy to help!

    ILYM Group contacted me when they are building a case against ******************* where my husband worked who just passed away at the time they contacted me. They said we can still be part of the case. To make the story short, they won the case and sent a check to my deceased husband which the bank won't cash in even though I have documents stating that I was given the rights on my husband estate. I -emailed repeatedly the ILYM Group since the first week of October but no response from them. The account or case number they gave is 24-2-20703-1 SEA. My husband name was ****** C. ******* Thank you.******* *******

    Recently I was involved in a settlement case. I believe I am eligible to receive a settlement check from this lawsuit. I sent them an email with all my details/information and i still havent received a reply. The checks were sent out about a month ago and I havent received mine yet.

    Unfortunately, we don't have anything on our website that allows us to communicate back with you once you submit a form, you would need to call into our office. I checked our call records for the last 6 months and could not find any record of you calling into us, so I'm not sure why you filed a complaint without attempting to call us first. We did update your address based on the form you filled on our website. 

    The checks for the settlement of the Potbelly Sandwiches class action lawsuit will be going out on December 24, 2025. The final approval on the case was October 10, and we're awaiting funding from Potbelly which is due by mid-December. As long as there are no appeals filed or any delays in funding between now and then, checks will be sent 12/24/25.
