            Purchased 4 appliances from a local store, submitted the $400 rebate in November of 2023, and it is approved through this company, and after calling a few times they now say rebate will get near March of ****. This is rediculous and a scam of this company just holding onto the money due to consumers when they make a purchase related to appliance rebates. It is an easy way for the company to hold money in their interest bearing accounts to make money, than tell a customer they are backed up. With the electronic age, money can be transferred, etc. within a day or two. Amazon returns money quickly, etc. so not sure how this company cannot issue the rebate money due to us quickly. I assume I will get my rebate sometime in **** but waiting 3-4 months seems not even legal.

            Ive made a year worth of 100$ payments on 2 grand worth of appliances. Last two months i even upped it to 250$ , i still have to pay off 1700$ on this credit card. This is the worst mistake i have ever made but as a 21 year old with no option i had no choice. Absolute robbery and just a complete scam of a company. At this point id rather not pay the card off to not give them even more money in interest. Terrible.
