    Pattern of Complaint:

    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumer complaints allege in their complaints to BBB that the business is not responsive to their calls and emails. Furthermore, consumers allege that when they are promised a call back, they do not receive one. On February 15, 2023, BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

     

    On March 1, 2023, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by working with their legal team to ensure complaints are handled in a timely manner. Furthermore, the business acknowledges that there was an issue with their payment processor which resulted in a legal case filing. The business has since then moved forward with different payment processors and are implementing protocols with their accounting department to expedite all refunds. 

     

    On March 20, 2023, the business filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. BBB continues to closely monitor consumer reports on this business.

      I enrolled in a debt and credit resolution program with Litigation Practice Group in April of 2021, this program was for the duration of 2 years with payments being made from my checking account every 2 weeks in the amount of ******, In October of 2022 they sent me a letter stating apologies for the poor service and they were transferring my contract to a larger law firm consumer legal group as they have the ability to do more for me, they also state in this letter that my contract stays the same and the payments remain the same until completion of the program, at the end of my program or contract if my debts have not been resolved i will receive a full refund the same applies to consumer legal group who has had and still has my contract since 10/22, so therefore that is what I am seeking a refund of all monies paid for the program that I am still on and nothing is yet resolved this is now well over the 2years and i have paid everything i needed to pay over the 2 years, end result my credit is still in the toilet and nothing has been removed from my credit report.

      Hello,I paid LPG Law bi-weekly consistently for their debt relief program.I am just finding out they went into bankruptcy.I cannot reach anyone at LPG for help.I cannot get pre approved for a mortgage.Please help.Thank you.

      I paid litigation practice group for debt resolution. Nothing was ever resolved and they kept taking my money. They said I was entitled to my money back and I cannot reach anyone

      Litigation Practice Group collected monthly payments totaling for services. Equity Sales Finance was the third party enlisted by LPG to collect payments. Litigation Practice Group declared bankruptcy after failure to perform. I seek a refund.

      Initial date of transaction occurred on the 07th of July, 2022 The first payment for services occurred on the 05th of August, 2022 Your payment of $353.37 has been processed on 08/05/2022. The following is a copy of the email that I received confirming and company details. The company has since gone bankrupt, and I was never able to reach nor get resolution through the malpractice insurance information that they provided.We are thrilled with the progress you have made with our program and look forward to seeing you succeed. Box ****** *************** 90051-1018 ********************************* PHONE: ************ FAX: *************** Their advice to stop paying on credit cards, failure to provide legal representation when these creditors filed suit against me has cost me significant financial hardship and damages to my credit score, which prevented me from seeking other options to provide my family with financial security as well as resulting in having to turn to predatory lending with interest rates over 30% in order to meet basic needs and maintain employment. I would like to at very least be reimbursed for the total amount that I paid to this company and preferably be provided the proper channels to file an insurance claim through their malpractice insurer at the time of this incident.I made payments in the amount of $353.57 through my PNC account to LPG on 08/05/22 and 10/17/22, which I later found violated Federal CROA regulations, never received the promised representation in court, and was left to defend myself on the dates of 01/25/23 and 03/17/23 in ****************************** Court in ***********, ***I reached out several times in order to file a malpractice insurance claim through their provider and was never able to get the proper information to complete this process.

      Ligiatation practice group took $2481 within 8 months fir my debuts and never settle my creditors. They are no long in business now I am to face my creditors after entrusting them with my debuts. I am frustrated and don't know what to do.

      In 2022 I signed up after I was lied to about the services and expectations. The took almost 600$ a month and nothing was done, no one would communicate with me. After this horrible closed my account was transferred too 4 different groups, before I was able to track down where my account was and get out of that situation. Now I'm stuck in a lawsuit I can't handle because a creditor is showing I have representation that I don't have. And I can't get a hold of said group to get "released" to settle this. I need a resolution and my money back!!!!

      I have paid the amount thats below. Been trying for a few months to get a hold of them too see I I have pd off. When I first started with them they insured me that they were not a scam. Now Ive pd the thee amount they wanted me to I have no way to get a hold of them. I give up so I called my bank and they said that should get a hold of you. Please help me just want proof that this was not scam and want paperwork what I pd off if it was a scam I want my money back thank you for your help in this matter
