The business has since then moved forward with different payment processors and are implementing protocols with their accounting department to expedite all refunds.

This is a debt relief company. I start to contract with them during the pandemic because I was unable to continue to pay the debt with lending club due to loss of my second job I paid them $311.91 each month and the month of March 2023 they took out two payments, which messed up my whole banking for the month of March they were not able to give me my money back so I had to close the account and open a new account in order for the bank to honor the lost money. I was never contacted by LPG Law for the last two payments. I recently received a judgment from ************* Which stated that they told me for $5509.00.I have tried to contact LPG a number of times I have emailed and left a number of messages and no one has contacted me back I would like to get I would like someone to call me back get my money back get or judgment removed. At this point, I only have a couple weeks before I have to start making payments on this judgment. I would like someone to call me back.Initial Complaint

I paid for the services of the Litigation Practice Group for almost a year and never received anything regarding the outcome they promised. They did not respond to my emails or calls asking for updates and I never once spoke to an attorney or saw any reflections on my credit. I was told my monthly payments were going toward attorney fees for legal matters and that my credits dispute packets were sent out to all the debtors and they were just waiting for a response. I am only filing this complaint now because I just read all the others and that they filed for bankruptcy and have some gone under. I lost thousands of dollars to this company that promised legal professionals assisting and it was all a complete scam. I spent the little money I had to try and get back on track and would really love to get back the money I lost. I dont know if I can considering they went bankrupt but I wanted this complaint to be on file.Initial Complaint

They were to help resolve my credit card debt. I paid $125.00 twice a month starting 05/18/21 last payment 01/09/23. Please help me recover my money. The Phoenix Law group will not return calls. What else can I do. Thank you for you helpInitial Complaint

I signed up with LPG under a promise and commitment to resolve my debt by means of eliminating most/all of my debt. They assured me I would only be liable for the monthly payment to them and that I would be debt free with better credit. The opposite is true, as it seems that they haven't done much to keep their promises and even transferred my debt to other affiliates. I now have a lawsuit against me from one of the credit card companies LPG assured me they would represent me in (I've been transferred to CLG, who has advised I settle rather than fight). I now have worse credit and more debt. Now that *** has explained the process to me, I wish I never would have signed ** with LPG, in the first place.Initial Complaint

LPG are crooks! I opened acct in 2022 and paid monthly after 6 months I contacted them with no response, I continually tried contacting with no response. I then received and email stating my account was sold to Phonix. They assured me my account would be in good hands then I never received another thing from them again left message after message. Received another email stating that my account was sold too Oak no response there either. I had to put stop payments on my acct to stop the with draws! $thousands of dollars wasted with a worst status then from when I started!Initial Complaint

I sign up for debt settlement services with LPG on 728/22 and paid ****** bi weekly and expected they would do what was advertised which was having lawyers deal with my debt that was reported on my credit report and dispute any discrepancies along with reach settlement. They did not do any of it so in October of 2022 Ive canceled the service but it left my credit in an even worse shape than before.Initial Complaint

LPG told me they could resolve my debt and it was hospital bill on my credit credit report,I went in a program with them and I make all my payments from 8/11/21 to 2022 and after my payment I couldnt hear from them.i received a email from ******* law that they in charge of the program that lpg filed a bankruptcy and I told them I need my refund since they cant do anything about my debt and I told them the amount,I was paying ****** every month for 15 months. I purchased services from Diab Law (changed to LPG) in fall of 2018 with a promise from ***************** himself to help relieve me of my debt and improve my credit. He promised me that this would be all settled within ***** months.18 months passed and i started called LPG for information. For the next 2 1/2 years, i was gaslit, ***d, lied to and taken advantage of.LPG had lied about being in contact with the banks. They never delivered even close to the services I purchased.The last time I was ***d (summer of 2022), I miscarried my baby the next month due to the stress of being gaslit by their team. In February of 2023, i requested a refund from LPG, and fired them. They lied about sending me a refund for the balance i had with them. I called a law firm dealing with a class action lawsuit, to *** them for my money. LPG filed for bankruptcy soon after. I still have no refund for services un-rendered.Initial Complaint

I started with LPG at the advice of the ************************. They stole $4232.47 from me for services that were never provided. They GUARANTEED debt settlement and never even started. This same company is now called Morning Law Firm. Don't trust them and especially the ************************. You will have to file bankruptcy or pay your creditors. Please don't be a victim like me. These people are criminals!Initial Complaint

October 2020 signed with LPG for credit card debt reduction. Had 5 accounts which were never resolved. One case went to court and they represented me. There was a judgment against me and had to set up a payment plan.Nothing resolved since then. Now being hounded by collectors.I am on a fixed in come and need a refund from LPG.
