      I placed 2 orders a couple weeks back and items have not even shipped. I have emailed , contacted through their instagram page, and called the location and I have yet to receive a response.

      Order #******* I ordered products from Sleek Shop over a week ago. My credit card has been charged but Items are not in stock. I have tried multiple times to correspond with customer service and have gotten no where.

      On May 29, 2023, I ordered products from Sleek. Paid even for expedited shipping charges. On June 6th, contacted them and said I had never received the product, then looked at the order again today and it shows where the order was cancelled? I was never notified it was cancelled, and as of today, June 18, 2023 have NOT received a refund. I will contact PAY PAL and let them know, but these people are hard to reach, won't answer their emails and don't answer their phone. They should be listed as a thief organization not a beauty supplier!!!!!!!!

I research this and read an article that explained it is often from using expired products. I have had hair loss from bad products before and I am not willing to take a risk. EXPIRATION DATE: DECEMBER 31, **** ? LICENSE: ****** Two *** large beauty product orders on November 26, 2022. Within the large orders, several 2021, were shipped December 2-3, 2023. Products: 1. Avlon Crme relaxer (2021) - F212925175 2. Keracare Leave-in conditioner (2021) F202173648 3. Olaplex #3 conditioner (2021)- 1E- 2128-21174B35 4. Avlon Moisture Right shampoo- USED shampoo w/ hair on bottle.The public needs to be protected from a Licensed cosmetologist selling expired products and used products. NOTE: USED products was associated with another case I filed.I am at a lost of $47.92 for expired relaxer that Sleekshop.com has yet to refund. I still have the un-opened 4 lb. tub of relaxer to return to Sleekshop. They are acting above the law. They are a threat to the Public in covid violation ( USED Products) , Hair loss ( Expired products) and deceptive business practices selling **************** 2022 to unsuspecting clients.

They sent a bottle which is not the cream advertised They have this listed under a ******* website which is trustworthy but sleekshop from past experiences are not honest and offer no refunds even when they know they are in the wrong I am asking for a full refund for this bottle of fake product which is not what I ordered I am also requesting that they picture the correct item theyre selling on this site

Cost: $44.99 I checked my Sleekshop purchased product in preparation for my upcoming relaxer. I was shocked to discover that relaxer tub had no expiration date. (The last tub of relaxer indeed had a safety expiration date stamp!) I have had hair loss from bad products before and I am not willing to take a risk. I called Avalon at ************** to obtain my expiration date. I gave them the black number on the tub: (F212925175). Man stated that it is a 2021) product DO NOT USE. He asked me who sold it to me. Were they licensed? I called back and Avalon man stated that Sleekshop is not a licensed Avalon product distributor.I am at risk opening a whole tub of relaxer with no expiration date assured.Order# no: ******* Shipped: December 3, 2022. I called back and Avalon man stated that Sleekshop I double checked with at the ************************ **************. They asked me to look over the tub of relaxer and discovered that the product is NOT an authentic Avalon Affirm product. I want a FULL REFUND. $44.79 plus tax = $47.92.
