    ***************** takes you money but doesn't sent out orders correctly which makes orders be sent back to their store and they refuse to resend or refund you. They're number does not work and they don't email back.

    The product just shipped to me, Oway Curly Portion, is not that. I'm not sure what it is. The product I've used in the past was a thick serum with a delightful smell, that curled my semi-curly hair wonderfully. This just delivered is thin, primarily alcohol by the smell of it, and has no curling power. It cost $36.96. I attempted to contact the company and there is no means. The bottom of the invoice says "All Sales Final." There is no return policy on its website. I opened the glass bottle to smell the product, because it sloshed back and forth in the bottle, and cannot replace the plunger. The plunger device will not s**** back on the bottle. Do not order from this rip-off business!***** in ****************

    Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company????My experience is with the Joico hair color I ordered6 boxes of level 10 blondecouldnt wait to try itAfter 20 minutes I didnt like what I saw so I washed it out-my light blonde hair with beautiful highlights turned dark grey/brown-a true nightmare-something I couldnt fix-spent $525 and 6 hours in a chair to fix the mess????

    I had a horrible experience with this company. I don't think they actually sell products. I think they might be a scam. I ordered my shampoo and then I called in because it never got to me. The first time I called in I actually got a guy on the phone and he said that the carrier was returning my package because I was no longer at the address. I asked him to tell me what address they had and it was the correct address, which is exactly where I was, waiting for my package to arrive. The guy said he would look into it and call me back, but he never called me back, and every other time I called in I was on an infinite wait, with the most annoying message repeating over and over and over. i finally gave up and emailed them instead, and I got a series of gaslighting emails, in which they just repeated that I had given the wrong address and said nothing about refunding my money. I demanded that they refund my money and I am being ghosted. Looking into filing a claim in small claims court, as it was a pretty big order. I would NEVER shop here again.

    They are a rip off. I have not received my order but was charged October 2023. I have tried emailing them and calling them over a month and nothing, its December. I contacted **** to let them know I did not receive my order even though it says delivered; so, they gave me a claim number for sleek shop to file a claim so neither of us lose out, however they have not called me back or replied to me. All I want is my product I paid for and did not get, or my money back.

    This company has more excuses than products. Ordered hair color on Wednesday very late so they picked up order next morning. Needed product by Saturday and received reassurance from customer service that it would most certainly arrive by Saturday. That initial day went by and they had not initiated *** pickup. So the product is arriving today, Monday, 2 days too late. I paid for Express 2-day which cost about same as placed order. Let them know today what happened. Can you guess? They will not refund shipping. Also, should have ditched when I went to website and noticed they are still using Covid 19 as an excuse for what is probably poor management, laziness, or a complete lack of regard for their customers.

    Do yourself a favor and do not order from here. They sell old products. I purchased a hair leave in conditioner and it had a fishy smell to it! On top of that, they want you to pay for the item to be shipped back to them if you want a refund.
