    On November *******, I ordered an item called Atopivot Mousse from Healthypets.com. On November 15, 2024, I received an email from this company stating the item was out of stock and they would ship it when available. I never received any communication about my order status and thought it might not come back in stock since I also tried to purchase it from other companies that also had the item as out of stock on their websites. After 2 months, Healthypets.com shipped the item and I received it on 1/23/2025, but no longer wanted it. After not receiving a response from Healthypets emailing them twice about wanting to return the unopened item due to no longer needing it 2 months later, I called on February ***** spoke to **** who promised to email a shipping label within 48 hours and never received it. I called back on 2/21/25 and **** said he would reach out to their team for label. I called back 2/28/25 and asked to speak to **** about the return and was out on hold for 20 minutes.

    I ordered 2 flea and tick treatments on May 6,2024 for the price of $39.93. I waited and then they said that it was back ordered and then check my banking account and they took my money and I told them to put my money back on my card and haven't ever got my money back on my card, that's all I want back. Tried to tell me there was a hold on it my bank doesn't show that.

    I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free dog beds back in February and have not seen or heard from them. It's now July and still nothing. I did get one email saying they were short staffed and they are working on it. I keep emailing them now and no response. I just want my money back. They never gave me a tracking number and still refuse to answer me back. The unfortunate thing is one of my dogs had to be euthanized, so she never got to even look at the bed. I'm getting more and more frustrated. Don't order from them. Pretty sure it's a scam.

    Placed first order for probiotics for my dog. First order in March, no issues.This time I ordered, didn't receive. Two weeks later I called to get status, learned that order was never placed.On Friday, 4/14, I placed order again! Rep said I'd receive the following Monday or Tuesday. Never received, called on Wednesday, 4/19. Told that the order would be shipped tonight, 4/19. BTW, according to the rep I was told they send it 2-4 day express because item must remain refrigerated.On 4/25 I cancelled the order via email. Today is 4/27, order received. Now I have to send it back, lucky me they are not going to charge me a restocking fee. Ugh! The worst experience ever.

    Worst customer service on the planet. Full of excuses. Ordered 30 days ago and nothing. It was never shipped. Then was told it was out of stock. Then multiple disconnects after attempting to call. Chat feature and email is useless - no response. Order # SOHP891933. Order date: 8/14/22. Given false shipping information/tracking. Web reviews are all the same, negative. Want full refund, or full refund and product.

    We placed an order of the products that are written below on 6th April 2022 with order# SOHP852579 from a sales representative **** (*******************************************), and the payment was made on 8th April 2022 of $3,375.00 for 4 SKUs but we canceled this order was canceled due to no stock (waited more than a month to get in-stock) and not being allowed to sell on amazon. So we also canceled this order and demanded a refund on 22 May 2022. We found this person by contacting the supplier on ****** and we contacted them through their website. https://www.healthypets.com/The last email we received on 2nd June 2022 from their manager was named "******" his email "[email protected]" in which he said that he is waiting for approval for the wire back. (I have also attached the screenshot) after that, we emailed him many times but haven't received any response.Now it's been more than 2 months and we haven't received any refund from Healthypets whenever we call and email they provide us the same repetitive response that we have escalated this to our accounts department.They have now assigned us a new sales representative but he is also answering the same response.I have also attached the sales order and the payment receipt.Products details:1. Nutri-Cal Paste for Puppy (**** oz) / 200 units 2. Nutri-Cal Paste for Cats (**** oz) / 100 units 3. *************** Hairball Remedy Gel for Cats - Tuna Flavor (**** oz)/ 100 units 4. *************** Catnip Flavor (**** oz) / 50 units
