    Got email confirmation of order Nov 20. They didn't take the money till Dec 20. Jan 1, money was refunded and on Jan 3, they deducted it again. Still no product has been delivered.HealthyPets, EntirelyPets, NaturalPets, and VitaSupply.....all the same overseas company (*****??) Don't be an idiot, like me, and join the other unhappy customers who Just Want Their Money Back!

    Never order from Healthy Pets if you require international shipping. They abandon your package at customs and tell you to deal with it. I have never dealt with a worse company. Order from anywhere else. If you cant ship your products world wide then dont. But dont cheat customers out of their money for an order they will never get.

    I purchased a dog bed size small. It seems like weeks. I was finally able to reach someone by phone and was assured that the item shipped when I received it it was a size medium. I tried emailing, but got no response. Several calls later I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they told me that the item is a dropship item and then they would contact the company. I had to call them back to find out what was going on. I was been sold at the company side for me to keep the item donated whatever, and that they were drop shipping the correct size. *** left a voicemail messages and send emails following up. The last call placed to this company was August 10th it is now 28th. Still no response.

    I keep getting fraudulent charges on my card and I have never used this company. Its happened on 2 different debit cards. I dont even have pets !!!!

    Just got a fraudulent credit card charge from this company . I have never purchased anything from them and Indi not have an account with them. Watch your credit card statements , folks .

    This company is a scam. I ordered a product and I paid a $40 international shipping fee but then they didnt ship my item and I got told I need to pay extra $92 as per ***** demand. What I did I went to local ***** store and I got told this is totally a scam. They never demand like that and they should able to give you a breakdown. They told me unfortunately, the company is taking advantage the customers.

    If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets.My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends.The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading.Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after.Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. WHAT?Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.
