I dropped my car off for a basic service. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I called four hours later to see if it was done. I was told it was done and when I got here I paid and was told theyd have my car out in 3 minutes. I waited over 20 min in the hot sun and decided to go back inside to check and turns out they didnt even call my car up. I then went back outside and was told it was going to take even longer and am still currently waiting for my car to be pulled up. Very frustrating and unprofessional! Your safety and peace of mind should never be compromised by individuals like ************************When I brought my car to ***********************' teams service, the incompetence of his authority reached alarming levels. My brakes were dangerously worn down to the metal, registering at 0mm, yet they claimed a measurement of 5mm. This blatant misrepresentation of the situation reflects a shocking lack of honesty and professionalism.Despite presenting clear evidence of their error taken at another **** Dealer (***************************** of **********), *********************** and his team adamantly refused to rectify the situation. The disregard for safety and their refusal to acknowledge their mistake is not only disheartening but also raises serious concerns about their commitment to ethical business practices.I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear at all costs. The combination of negligence, dishonesty, and an unwillingness to make things right demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and reliability.
