I was contact by company to sell land in March of 2025. The contact agent *****, was extremely attentive and gave a complete low ball price on the property. I proved it was worth more, and he gave another low ball offer. I told him I would talk to the partners about it, and they he ghosted me. Never returned a call or text after that and sent all my calls to voicemail. This response, or lack of, is completely unprofessional and if they were no longer interested in the deal they should have communicated as much and advised they no longer wanted to negotiate. Truth be told I would have possibly taken his offer if I was never treated this way. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Let me start by saying this is the worst experience Ive ever had. They advertise that they buy your home as is and make it seem like a simple process, but its not. I reached out to them 01/2024 to get the process started to sell my home to them. Then they said if I mind if they posted my home on sale online. I said yes sure. Well here I am end of May almost June half a year later and they finally sold my home. They promised profit share since they sold the home more than they expected and then flip the script on me and have the audacity to say they cover a cost I should have payed!??? When they clearly said they pay for everything on their end. What makes matters worse that the agent helping me ******************* quits on the day I sign the closing. Super suspicious. Now the new agents in charge of my account stated well she is no longer with the company. Sorry cant help you. They bribe me into commenting a good review for money. Scam! They profit over 20K and gave me nothing. I would have been better off listing the house myself. This is outrageous. And the **** estate agents got paid thousands in commission and the actual owner **** got ZERO. Not worth it. Dont let these type of businesses rob you for their own profit.24/7 House Offers

As the operations manager of 24/7 House Offers, i would like to state that this review is completely misleading. We have sold a property for this client regardless of the bad condition of the house. We have paid on for this seller the rehab of the house to pass appraisal, we have paid escrow fees, title fees and realtor commissions. We have also paid for the seller's taxes. We have also provided the seller credit to be able to payoff their mortgage and close since the payoff came around $6,000 higher than the amount that the seller has informed us of. The seller would have been negative if we haven't credited her. These are expenses that our company has no obligation paying, however, we paid them on behalf of the seller out of our proceeds since helping our client is a core value of ours. This seller got upset because she was requesting extra credit and our finance department rejected it since we were already crediting her $18,000. *** worked with this business to sell my house. And I've got to say that the associate I was partnered with to sell was amazing. **************** was a positive, and helpful person the entire way through the process, and I couldn't be happier with her help. I had one bump at the end of the road with the process, but it was smoothed over eventually and went well in the end. Very satisfied with the work done. I would come back if i need help again.24/7 House Offers

Great company to work with! They provide a seamless and easy process, which I understand some people aren't competent enough to understand it and think it's a scam. However when you have a clear understanding of it, it's a great experience. I was called by a guy named ****. **** left me a voice mail said a neighbor of mine gave his wife my cell phone and I was interested in selling my home! The moment he said my " Neighbor gave his wife ' I knew he was lying! I have saved the voice mail! I knew the game he's running. *** and behold he calls back 3 days later. When I confronted him about his VM he just acknowledge and ignored. His response was " So do you want to sell" I said explain why you lied on your VM? Again acknowledge and ignore . This repeated several more times until I pried the company name out of him. I then told him to put me on the companies do no call list! We will see if they continue to harass me or not, I'll report back is they do!24/7 House Offers
