      May 18, 2024, Saturday, I had gone to this Logix Bank location in order to refinance an auto loan. Upon arriving there, ***************************** was the one who assisted me with the process. I had gone in to get a fixed rate on the auto loan; compared to the variable rate I originally had. I also wished to have the payment date for the end of the month instead of the first of the month and from a different bank account separate from my Logix Banking account. ****************** had assured me that she understood what I had wanted to do. ****************** provided me the documents and gave me verbal confirmation that she was able to properly process my request. I (at the time) made the mistake of signing the contract without fully reviewing it myself in belief of ******************. It was verbally stated that my next payment would be until August 31st.July 1st, my Logix account had been charged for the auto loan. However, I did not realize this until August 4th, when I was checking my Logix account to make sure I had the right funds for a different auto loan's upcoming payment. I then realized there had been a mistake. Upon reading the contract, ****************** had misunderstood/misinterpreted our conversation. My loan was not fixed, but rather stayed as a variable rate; she set up payments for the first of every month rather than the end of every month; she did not use the different bank account that I had wanted in the first place but rather the checking account I have with **********************. The Logix account which the money was being taken from, didn't have the proper funds. Due to this mistake from ******************, it showed that my auto loan was late in payment. I made an attempt to speak with ****************** about the issue. However, she spoke to a manager and stated that I was attempting to refinance again/change my contract. She decided to throw all blame on **** have refinanced with this bank before with no issue so I wanted to use them again; however I am now seeing that was a mistake.

      Recently I looked at a copy of my credit report. In my observation, I saw the debt I allegedly owe with LOGIX FCU. Upon looking at the last activity, which was in 2017, it is to everyone's understanding that is is now 2024. It has been 7 years now. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a consumer reporting agency may not report negative information that is more than seven years old. Please get this information deleted ASAP.

      I initially requested information on November 20 2023, regarding ***** Notification Before Disposition Of Collateral and ***** Explanation Of Calculation Of Surplus Or Deficiency. I requested proof these documents were mailed and delivered as I never received neither document. **************** *******, a deficiency cannot be claimed unless all the required notices were properly and timely given, and all the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to. Logix Federal Credit Union failed to respond satisfactorily to this request instead sent a letter containing the account history.Subsequently, I made a second request for the same information on December 15, 2023, also requesting proof the privacy notice under 15 USC 6802 was provided to me at the time of establishing the account. I never received these disclosures ultimately denying me that right to opt out of having my personal information shared with a third-party company. The letter was returned to sender reason being **** was unable to forward. I then filed a complaint with the National Credit Union Association requesting the same information in the letter sent on December 15, 2023. Logix Federal Credit Union responded advising they sent the pre-sale and post-sale notices certified mail and provided what appears to be a photocopy of the letter along with a 22-digit number. I put the number into the **** tracking system and received the following message Label Created Not Yet In System. Regarding the Privacy Notices under 15 USC 6802 Logix Federal Credit Union stated they attached a copy of the privacy notice that I allegedly received at the time of establishing the account however a copy was not attached in their response, nor was proof it was ever provided. Again, Logix Federal Credit Union failed to provide the required information as mandated by law.I am requesting this account be removed from all credit reporting agencies Logix Federal Credit Union provides information to.

      I am rejecting this response because: they have not provided any proof the required privacy disclosures documentation 15 usc 6802 was provided at the time of opening or has not been provided after numerous requests. Logix Federal Credit Union is in clear violation of federal law. Your company is not able to produce proof these documents were provided to me this account must be removed. Furthermore your company provided a 16 digit tracking number that has not tracking information attached to it. That is not proof the pre sale and post sale letters were mailed to me. You have not addressed the situations at hand satisfactory.

When you responded by mail you did not provide any privacy disclosures as stated in your letter nor did you provide proof these disclosures were ever provided to me preventing me from being able to opt out of having my non public private information shared with a third party.       I am rejecting this response because:

      A female called me back regarding this Complaint. She informed me that my sister already knew information about my personal account. This is untrue. A rep from member services told my sister information about my personal account. A manager named **** contacted me on October 18, 2023. he informed me that he listen to the recording on the incident that happened on The dating question. The only thing that I was told is that he was very sorry that this happened and that ******* would get more training. This does not help or make me feel better on what they made me feel on this day. I almost passed out from the anger. I was humiliated by my sister and family. This should have not happened. A bank is not supposed to say any type of information if theyre not on the account. I know this is against state and federal law.

      Our Legal team has attempted to contact **************** multiple times to discuss the situation and he has not returned any calls. Our Membership Agreement includes a section titled Statutory Lien Rights which indicates that, pursuant to Federal Law, Logix has a statutory lien right in and claim to shares and dividends equal to your outstanding obligation to us as that amount may vary from time to time. Logix impresses its statutory lien rights on all accounts you have with us, including Savings, Money Market, Checking and Certificate Accounts (excluding *** accounts) held in your name, or in your name with others. If at any time you are in default in the performance of any obligation to us, including loans and to the extent of your responsibility as borrower, co-borrower, co-signer,guarantor, endorser or otherwise, negative or overdrawn account balances, or in the payment of fees, charges, or other items, we may enforce our lien rights against any account you maintain with us to satisfy any and all financial obligations due and payable to us.

      The actions we took on the past due account were processed on the joint account **************** held with his sister where she is the primary on the account. Her call to ********************** was specifically in regards to that transaction and therefore we were required to provide her with the information on why the amount was deducted from her account.

      On my credit report Logix FCU is reporting a debt as a charge-off. A Charge-off is a certificate of indebtness and is considered INCOME because the company filed a ****-C and got a tax write-off. Reporting this information as debt when it's actually income is tax fraud, and I can report this to the *** for not only reporting it incorrectly, but for not sending me the * copy to properly file my taxes. In the attached financial report for Logix it states charge-offs occur between three to six months depending on the debt, which means I should have received the * copy years ago. Additionally, this company has committed securities fraud in which they deposited my note / contract for this account and used it as collateral for marketable securities to be sold to investors. I have not seen a ***** of the principal to which I am owed, nor have they paid capital gains taxes on the earnings of these securities. I had a certified forensic audit ran on this account that is proof of the fraud. They also loaned my own credit back to me to establish this account in the first place, with interest --- and there was no disclosure under Truth in Lending. 15 U.S. Code ****-2(A)(1) states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Logix FCU does NOT have my consent to ************ inaccurate information, nor do they have my written consent to report information to CRA's that is not 100% accurate under **** 15 USC ****. On this account under "************************ Remarks" it says consumer disputes this account information, which means I have disputed this before and it still keeps being reported. That is a negligent repeat violation of these U.S. Codes and the **** for which I can **** I can also file a claim with the securities regulating authority for the fraud / unpaid gains taxes that occurred with my original security if this is not rectified.

      I received two foreign bank drafts, both from a ******** bank. I deposited the first check of $3000 to the Golden Valley logix branch on May the 9th the check I deposited at the ****** branch for $3000 on the tenth. In both locations I was told that the wait time was about 2 months without being informed that it would be 2 months from the time it took them to process which in one of the deposit is 8 days after I deposited and the other 19 days after deposited. I asked logix reps and managers for an explanation and every single one of them came out with different explanations. I have asked to at least honor the deposit days since that money is just sitting there and i am getting charged non sufficient charges even though the money is their just not released. No other bank takes more than a month to clear these foreign drafts and the lack of information or willingness to help me by releasing at least one check after 2 months of waiting is extremely disappointing.

I have reached out to 3 Credit Bureaus and LOGIX FCU to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Credit Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have LOGIX FCU confirm that I have no account with them and that the 3 Credit Bureaus can simply remove it from my credit report.

You all are reporting to *********** late payments for November 2022 which is inaccurate. I have my payment stubs for the months in question and the account was paid on time as agreed per contract at the opening of this account. I am disappointed in you all as a company, seeing that I have kept this account on auto pay for several years and have never made a late payment. Please update this information and provide to all three creditors as well myself via mail to the address above. If you decide to validate my claim as false, please provide physical evidence proving otherwise.Let me remind you per FCRA 623 you are required to correct inaccurate data provided to *********** on my report and provide any relevant information proving otherwise. Please recheck this information and report the updates as necessary.
