      I received two foreign bank drafts, both from a ******** bank. I deposited the first check of $3000 to the Golden Valley logix branch on May the 9th the check I deposited at the ****** branch for $3000 on the tenth. In both locations I was told that the wait time was about 2 months without being informed that it would be 2 months from the time it took them to process which in one of the deposit is 8 days after I deposited and the other 19 days after deposited. I asked logix reps and managers for an explanation and every single one of them came out with different explanations. I have asked to at least honor the deposit days since that money is just sitting there and i am getting charged non sufficient charges even though the money is their just not released. No other bank takes more than a month to clear these foreign drafts and the lack of information or willingness to help me by releasing at least one check after 2 months of waiting is extremely disappointing.

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 Credit Bureaus and LOGIX FCU to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Credit Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have LOGIX FCU confirm that I have no account with them and that the 3 Credit Bureaus can simply remove it from my credit report.

      RE Account 159000XXX:I received a copy of my credit report regarding the above listed accounts and noticed some errors. You all are reporting to *********** late payments for November 2022 which is inaccurate. I have my payment stubs for the months in question and the account was paid on time as agreed per contract at the opening of this account. I am disappointed in you all as a company, seeing that I have kept this account on auto pay for several years and have never made a late payment. Please update this information and provide to all three creditors as well myself via mail to the address above. If you decide to validate my claim as false, please provide physical evidence proving otherwise.Let me remind you per FCRA 623 you are required to correct inaccurate data provided to *********** on my report and provide any relevant information proving otherwise. Please recheck this information and report the updates as necessary. There are some other infractions you all are failing to abide by however for the time I will leave it at this.Please send correspondence via mail regarding the changes.Sincerely,***************************

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to Experian & Transunion Bureaus and LOGIX FCU to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from EXPERIAN & TRANSUNION Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have LOGIX FCU confirm that I have no account with them and EXPERIAN & TRANSUNION Bureaus can simply remove it from my credit report.

      On March 11, 2021, I purchased my 2018 Jeep from a leasing company with my bank Logix Federal Credit Union (LCU) ( see attachment) In June of 2022 I noticed that I did not have a current registration sticker on my car tags (I assumed because the purchase was in the prime of the pandemic that it never got sent out). I wrote the DMV they responded (see attachment) saying that it was never transferred by my bank (LCU). I called the LCU and spoke with ***************, she apologized profusely, it was her fault that dropped the ball because of covid, they would pay all the past registration fees and work it out with the DMV and send me my stickers ASAP overnight if needed. I did not hear back from her, a few days later (see ATT log on our phone calls) she said I need to pay the current fees for this year and sent me just a copy of the registration fees from the DMV never explaining who was responsible for what and how this was going to be handled (see attachment). I called LCU back and tried to go over her head to get this taken care of but was just transferred back to her. I called her again she has never called me back, nor has anyone from LCU. I got a ticket from the Glendale police dept for 28$, and separately I was stopped by a county sheriff ( because I have no resignation it does not show I have insurance) fortunately, he was understanding and let me go without a ticket but said to be that he could take my car at the moment and have it towed and I would have to pay for everything (towing, storage, all back fee, late fees...) to get it out. This makes it difficult to drive my car. I have been very happy with LCU and am/was in the process of transferring all my monies to them and hoping to refinance my mortgages with them so I hope that they can resolve this.

      I have an auto loan with Logix Credit Union in Burbank, CA. We had an insurance issue which was that I did not get insurance for the vehicle on time and they issued it themselves. Eventually I bought my own insurance and they had to cancel the auto insurance they had for my vehicle. When it was time for the January 2019 payment they had taken a partial payment that was already in my account and I had deposited the remaining amount and had called the bank to authorize for them to put it towards the payment. The customer representative refused to do so because she said they are in the middle of fixing the insurance balance and can't do that. I called several times and explained I can't have a late on my account and they said not to worry. By the time they fixed everything it was march 7, 2019 which resulted in a 30 day delinquency. I have tried several times to talk to a manager to get this issue resolved and have gotten no help. No one is willing to help to get this issued resolved. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

      I jointly applied for HELOC with Logix, of which I have been a member for many years. Initially they prequalified me for $****. Then there was long silence after submitting all requested supporting documents. My partner called last Friday to find out that Logix approved us for only $***. The alleged reason was the bogus low ball appraisal they allegedly had their third party perform valuing the property at $*** when the property value was estimated in the market between $*******. And I mentioned this to the loan originator that the property must be appraised in person due to complete upgrades and renovations. When I requested the appraisal report, I realized they used outdated data, such as instead of 5 total rooms, they listed 1, instead of 2 bathrooms, they listed 1, and they used comps not applicable to our current property. However, initially they told me the reason for such outrageous reduction was alleged income to debt ratio. When I confronted them about that because I had another offer from a major bank that did perform proper in person appraisal, they told me that was not the reason, the reason was the alleged low value of the property. This credit union is a sham and is dealing with unlawful, discriminatory business practices. They provided no transparency in any of these transactions. First they said one thing, then completely changed the reason. Needless to say, I will be taking my banking elsewhere after I pay my debt off to this CU. Their underwriting department has no experienced and professional underwriters. They make life changing decisions for their long time clients in a rush, without trying to check facts and use legit appraisal practices. Now they tell me I have to pay to have Logix do yet another in person appraisal using the same exact bogus third party that performed the first inaccurate appraisal. This credit union is a joke and is involved in unfair business practices. They should revise their appraisal at their own expense.
